Sixth Section: Explanation of Terms Sixth Section: Explanation of Terms Regarding the Peak Realization, etc., the gradual application is justified to be explained under the Peak Application because you meditate after attaining the Peak Realization. The wisdom of the middle and lower parts of the tenth ground is a gradual realization because it is the application of taking and meditating on the meanings of understanding the three knowledges separately and collectively in order. Regarding generosity, wisdom, etc., the six perfections, etc., are gradual objects of meditation because they are to be practiced. Regarding the four perfections, etc., the four perfections of means, power, aspiration, and wisdom are included within the perfection of wisdom because they are the wisdom that gradually transforms virtue into enlightenment, and because they are the wisdom that destroys opposing factors with individual discernment and meditative power, and because they are the wisdom that accomplishes the desired fruit, and because they are the wisdom that masters the limitless doors of Dharma. Regarding the four mindfulnesses, etc., the qualities of the three vehicles of joining, seeing, and meditating, without focusing on the ultimate truth and contemplating the characteristics as they are in the conventional truth, are remembering the Buddha from the perspective of the cause, because it is the path of contemplating the qualities of the cause of attaining Buddhahood without contradicting the two truths. The three dharmas of virtue, non-virtue, and neutrality, without focusing on the ultimate truth and contemplating their characteristics as they are in the conventional truth, are remembering the Dharma from the perspective of the mother, because it is the path of contemplating the nature of the object of the teachings of scripture and realization without contradicting the two truths. The qualities of the noble Bodhisattvas, without focusing on the ultimate truth and contemplating their characteristics as they are in the conventional truth, are remembering the Sangha, because it is the path of contemplating the qualities of the noble Bodhisattvas without contradicting the two truths. The qualities of morality and emptiness, and the qualities of the naturally born noble ones, without focusing on the ultimate truth and contemplating their characteristics as they are in the conventional truth, are morality and emptiness.
