古格王后曲吉嘉姆的教言 古格王后曲吉嘉姆的教言 古格王后曲吉嘉姆的教言。 供养处、赞颂处、礼敬处，一切之至尊。 无上三宝前，我顶礼。 从法王血脉中诞生的具信女，对曲吉嘉姆王后如此劝诫： 种姓与后裔的优劣，由行为来区分。 行为堕落者，种姓毫无意义。 断恶行善的贤善之举，守护祖先的优良传统吧！ 任何行为，若导致放逸和麻木， 成为佛法与世间事务衰败之根源， 为圣者们在任何情况下所谴责之处， 如毒药般戒除令人沉醉的饮品吧！ 居家者虽难以恒常守护戒律， 但无戒律则难以如愿获得天界果报， 故于初八、十五、三十等良辰吉日， 受持斋戒并守护吧！ 臣属之安乐与苦难， 依赖于统治者您。 故对于依附于您的臣民与仆从， 如待亲子般慈爱地守护吧！ 如敬家神般敬重， 是贤淑贞洁女子的行为。 恭敬谨慎地执行国王的命令， 对于符合佛法的，如法奉行吧！ 具足六字（藏文ཨཾ，梵文天城体अं，梵文罗马拟音aṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）的珍贵教言， 善存于您高贵的内心。 为求暂时与究竟之利益， 如我所言，善加奉行吧！ 古格之神妃曲吉嘉姆王后的教言。 善哉！ 古格王后曲吉嘉姆的教言。

Advice to Chokyong Gyalmo, the Queen of Guge Advice to Chokyong Gyalmo, the Queen of Guge Advice to Chokyong Gyalmo, the Queen of Guge. Supreme of all that is worthy of offering, praise, and prostration. I prostrate to the unsurpassed Three Jewels. To the faithful woman born from the lineage of a Dharma King, I offer this advice to Queen Chokyong Gyalmo: The goodness or badness of lineage and descent is distinguished by conduct. For those whose conduct has declined, lineage is meaningless. Cultivate the noble conduct of abandoning evil and striving for virtue. Maintain the good traditions of your noble ancestors! Whatever actions lead to carelessness and intoxication, And become the basis for the decline of Dharma and worldly affairs, And are condemned by the holy ones in every way, Abandon intoxicating drinks like poison! Although it is difficult for householders to always maintain discipline, Without discipline, it is difficult to achieve the desired heavenly realms. Therefore, on auspicious days such as the eighth, fifteenth, and thirtieth, Take and keep the vows of fasting! The happiness and suffering of the subjects under your rule, Depend on you, the ruling lord. Therefore, cherish and protect with love, The subjects and servants who depend on you, as if they were your own children! To honor the household as if they were family deities, Is the way of virtuous and intelligent women. With reverence and caution, the king's commands, Those that accord with the Dharma, should be carried out properly! This precious advice endowed with the six-syllable (藏文ཨཾ，梵文天城体अं，梵文罗马拟音aṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable), Keep well in your noble heart. For the sake of temporary and ultimate benefit, Do well as I have said!
