为水汇·扎巴仁钦所作之教诲 为水汇·扎巴仁钦所作之教诲 为水汇·扎巴仁钦所作之教诲。那摩 洛给夏哇Ra雅（藏文：ན་མོ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ཡ།，梵文天城体：नमो लोकेश्वराय，梵文罗马拟音：namo lokeśvarāya，汉语字面意思：顶礼世自在）。 于散乱喧嚣中畏惧之寂静处者， 多闻之比丘古玛Ra萨， 为具信之上师扎巴仁钦， 以饶益之心传此教诲。 若得之则能从有海中度脱之， 菩提胜妙之种子，善妙之田地， 极其难得之暇满珍宝身， 有心者谁会令其无果耶？ 士夫之身命，如草尖之露珠， 如风中之灯，如空中之闪电般， 刹那亦不住，尚无定准故， 为来世作准备，实乃笑话尔。 纵勤奋努力，然终须分离， 由罪恶与痛苦，恶语所成之， 眷属与受用，今生之圆满亦， 乃愚痴之欺骗，孩童之游戏。 利小害多，乃众苦生起之基， 贪执欲妙安乐，耽著之人， 如舔舐刀刃上之蜂蜜般， 自诩聪明者，谁比此更愚蠢？ 明知黑白业果，成熟之理后， 若不勤断恶行善， 具慧者入佛门， 研习经论又有何用？ 痛苦如水流般连绵不绝， 可怖恶趣之血海翻滚涌动， 若沉溺于自他轮回之大海中， 具慧者谁不修解脱道？ 暇满大船，具三学之旗帜， 闻思修之风，猛烈催动之， 从无边有海中超越后， 愿速往解脱安乐之洲！ 此乃于冈布拉之山颈所作之教诲。 善哉！ 为水汇·扎巴仁钦所作之教诲。

Namo Lokeshvaraya (Tibetan: ན་མོ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो लोकेश्वराय, Sanskrit Romanization: namo lokeśvarāya, Literal Chinese Meaning: Homage to the Lord of the World). To the solitary one who fears the distractions and busyness, The learned monk Kuma Rasa, To the faithful spiritual friend Drakpa Rinchen, I send these instructions with a mind of benefit. If one obtains it, it liberates from the ocean of existence, The seed of supreme enlightenment, the field of virtue, This precious leisure and endowment, so difficult to find, Who with a mind would render it fruitless? The life of a human being is like dew on the tip of a blade of grass, Like a lamp in the wind, like lightning in the sky, There is no certainty of even a moment's duration, To prepare for the future is a cause for laughter. Even if attained with effort, one must certainly part, The retinue and possessions, the perfections of this life, Attained through sin, suffering, and evil words, Are the deception of delusion, the games of children. Little benefit, much harm, the basis for the arising of suffering, The person attached to and craving the pleasures of desire, Is like licking honey on the edge of a sword, Who is more foolish than one who considers himself clever? Knowing the ripening of the results of black and white karma, If one does not strive to abandon evil and practice virtue, What is the purpose of the wise entering the Buddha's teachings, And studying the meaning of the scriptures? Suffering flows like a river of a billion streams, The terrifying blood-red ocean of the lower realms swirls, If one drowns in this ocean of samsara of self and others, Who with wisdom would not cultivate the path of liberation? The great ship of leisure and endowment, with the banner of the three trainings, Driven by the wind of hearing, thinking, and meditating, Having crossed over the boundless ocean of existence, May you quickly go to the island of the bliss of liberation!
