འབྲི་ཁུང་གི་ཆེན་པོ་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་ལ་གདམས་པ། ། འབྲི་ཁུང་གི་ཆེན་པོ་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་ལ་གདམས་པ། ། འབྲི་ཁུང་གི་ཆེན་པོ་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་ལ་གདམས་པ། བཀའ་དྲིན་མཉམ་མེད་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དང་། །བླ་མེད་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས། །མང་དུ་ཐོས་པའི་དགེ་སློང་ཀུ་མ་རས། །དད་ལྡན་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་འདོམས། །ཤིན་ཏུ་རྙེད་དཀའི་དལ་འབྱོར་རིན་ཆེན་འདི། །འཇིག་པར་ངེས་སོ་ནམ་འཇིག་ངེས་པ་མེད། །སྐྱེ་བར་ངེས་སོ་གར་སྐྱེ་ངེས་པ་མེད། །དལ་འབྱོར་དོན་ཡོད་མཛོད་ཅིག་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། །འདོད་དང་མི་འདོད་རྣམ་སྨིན་འབྲས་བུ་ཏེ། །རང་གིས་བསགས་པའི་དཀར་ནག་ལས་འབྲས་རྣམས། །མྱོང་བར་ངེས་སོ་ནམ་མྱོང་ངེས་པ་མེད། །སྡིག་སྤོང་དགེ་ལ་འབད་ཅིག་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། །བསག་དང་བསྲུང་དང་བརླག་པའི་དུཿཁ་ཅན། །ངལ་བརྒྱས་བསྒྲུབས་པའི་སྒྱུ་མའི་ཟས་ནོར་འདི། །འཛད་པར་ངེས་སོ་ནམ་འཛད་ངེས་པ་མེད། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་སྙིང་པོ་ལོངས་ཤིག་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། །ཕན་བྱེད་བཤེས་དང་གནོད་བྱེད་དགྲ་བོ་ཡང་། །བློ་བུར་འདུས་པའི་ཚོང་འདུས་མགྲོན་པོ་བཞིན། །བྲལ་བར་ངེས་སོ་ནམ་བྲལ་ངེས་པ་མེད། །ཆགས་སྡང་ཞེན་པ་བསྐྱུངས་ཤིག་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། ། འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་ནས་ཕ་རོལ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཚེ། །རང་བསགས་དགེ་སྡིག་ལས་འབྲས་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །འཁོར་དང་ཉེ་དུ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྗེས་མི་འབྲང་། །ཕྱི་མའི་ལམ་རྒྱགས་སྒྲུབ་ཤིག་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། །ད་ལོ་འདི་བྱ་སང་ཕོད་འདི་བྱེད་ཅེས། །རྟག་རྟག་འདྲ་བའི་ཕྱི་ཚེ་གྲབས་ཤོམ་རྣམས། །ཐོག་དུ་མི་འབབ་གྲོག་སྐམ་ཉ་རྒྱ་འདྲ། །རྟག་ཚས་འདོད་འདུན་བསྐྱུངས་ཤིག་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། །ཅེས་པ་འདི་འབྲི་ཁུང་ཐོལ་གྱི་ཆེན་པོ་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་གྱིས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གདམས་པ་གཅིག་འདོད་ཞུས་པ་ལ་གདམས་པའོ།། །། འབྲི་ཁུང་གི་ཆེན་པོ་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་ལ་གདམས་པ། །

致德钦大尊者喜饶贝的教言 致德钦大尊者喜饶贝的教言 致德钦大尊者喜饶贝的教言。顶礼无与伦比恩重如山之上师，以及至高无上三宝。多闻比丘古玛Ra，为具信喜饶贝如是开示：极其难得之暇满珍宝身，定会坏灭然何时坏灭不定。定会转生然转生何处不定。喜饶贝，让暇满具有意义吧！喜与不喜乃异熟果报，自己所积之黑白业果，定会感受然何时感受不定。喜饶贝，断恶行善努力吧！具有积攒守护和耗损之痛苦，历经千辛万苦所成之幻化饮食财物，定会耗尽然何时耗尽不定。喜饶贝，享用精华吧！行益善友与作害仇敌，亦如骤然相聚之集市客人，定会分离然何时分离不定。喜饶贝，舍弃贪嗔执着吧！ 从此世前往后世之时，除了自己所积之善恶业果外，眷属亲友受用皆不随行。喜饶贝，积攒后世资粮吧！ 今年做此事来年做彼事，如是恒常般筹备来世之事，如同不下雨之旱沟捞鱼般徒劳无功。喜饶贝，舍弃常执之贪欲吧！ 此乃直贡妥之大尊者喜饶贝请求一个佛法教言，而赐予之教言也。 །། 致德钦大尊者喜饶贝的教言。

Having prostrated to the peerless, kind, glorious Lama, and the supreme Three Jewels, the greatly learned Bhikshu Kumara advises the faithful Sherab Pal as follows: This precious leisure and fortune, which is extremely difficult to obtain, is certain to perish, but when it will perish is uncertain. It is certain to be born, but where it will be born is uncertain. Sherab Pal, make this leisure and fortune meaningful! Desires and non-desires are the ripening fruits, the results of black and white actions accumulated by oneself, are certain to be experienced, but when they will be experienced is uncertain. Sherab Pal, abandon evil and strive for virtue! Possessing the suffering of accumulating, protecting, and losing, this illusory food and wealth, obtained through a hundred hardships, is certain to be exhausted, but when it will be exhausted is uncertain. Sherab Pal, enjoy the essence! Beneficial friends and harmful enemies are also like guests in a market who gather suddenly, they are certain to separate, but when they will separate is uncertain. Sherab Pal, abandon attachment, hatred, and clinging! When going from this world to the next, apart from the results of good and evil actions accumulated by oneself, retinue, relatives, and enjoyments will not follow. Sherab Pal, accumulate provisions for the next life! Saying, "This year I will do this, next year I will do that," such constant preparations for the next life are like trying to catch fish in a dry ditch where no rain falls, it is futile. Sherab Pal, abandon the desire for permanence!
