给博东巴·索南坚赞（Bo dong ba bsod nams rgyal mtshan）上师尼玛僧格的教诲 给博东巴·索南坚赞上师尼玛僧格的教诲 给博东巴·索南坚赞上师尼玛僧格的教诲。收到了上师尼玛僧格的来信。目前最重要的是精进闻、思、修三学，不要与世间八法混淆。此外，善说者如是说：纵然努力成办，也会毫不费力地毁坏；纵然长久相伴，最终也必然分离；此生和来世的崩溃，是产生痛苦的根源；眷属和受用，是轮回的束缚。贪恋名声如同山谷的回音，追逐欲望如同海市蜃楼的水迹，用无意义的事情消磨时光，将名声、利养、恭敬视为魔鬼的铁钩。死主毒蛇在利齿间潜伏，不断堕入无尽的恶趣深渊，紧紧抓住坟墓里的生命之根，有谁会贪恋欲望蜂蜜的甜蜜？过去没有享用过成百上千次的，世间的安乐，在这个世界上并不存在。没有经历过无数身心的痛苦，又有谁没有体验过众生的苦难？生死之波涛汹涌，老死的漩涡翻滚，各种罪恶百出的鳄鱼成千上万地栖息，在这无边无际的轮回大海中，对自他一切众生沉溺其中生起厌离之心吧！具备闲暇圆满的大船，树立起三学的旗帜，用信心和精进的努力之风来吹动它，为了获取解脱如意宝，理应超越轮回的巨大水域。这是释迦比丘衮却洛哲（dkon mchog blo gros）从布列玉隆（bu le g.yu lung）发出的。 शुभं अस्तु सर्व जागतम् (śubhaṃ astu sarva jāgatam，愿一切世界吉祥！) 给博东巴·索南坚赞上师尼玛僧格的教诲

Received the letter from Teacher Nyima Senge. At present, it is most important to diligently engage in the three studies of hearing, thinking, and meditation, without mixing them with the eight worldly concerns. Furthermore, a well-spoken person says: Even if accomplished with effort, it will be destroyed effortlessly; even if accompanied for a long time, separation is inevitable in the end; the collapse of this life and the next is the source of suffering; retinue and possessions are the shackles of samsara. Being attached to fame like the sound of a cliff, pursuing desires like the water tracks of a mirage, spending much time on meaningless activities, seeing fame, gain, and respect as the iron hook of a demon. The Lord of Death, a venomous snake, lies in wait between its fangs, constantly falling into the endless abyss of evil destinies, tightly grasping the root of life in the tomb, who would be attached to the sweetness of desire's honey? There is no worldly happiness in this world that has not been enjoyed hundreds and thousands of times in the past. Who has not experienced the suffering of beings without having endured countless sufferings of body and mind? The waves of birth surge, the whirlpools of old age and death churn, hundreds of thousands of crocodiles of various evils dwell, in this boundless ocean of samsara, may you generate renunciation towards yourself and all other beings who are drowning in it! Possessing the great ship of leisure and endowment, raising the banner of the three trainings, propelled by the wind of faith and diligent effort, in order to obtain the wish-fulfilling jewel of liberation, one should cross over the great waters of samsara.
