Instructions, Namo Lokema. Instructions, Namo Lokema. Namo Lokeshvaraya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:敬礼 洛给夏Ra雅,namo lokeśvarāya,Homage to Lokeshvara). By clinging to what, one constantly suffers, Like a pit of fire and a mire of impurity, In this samsara, there is no time for happiness, Practitioner, constantly cultivate renunciation. The only medicine to dispel the great disease of afflictions, The single path traversed by all the victors of the three times, Other than the path of the Middle Way, free from extremes, Practitioner, meditate on emptiness without distraction. Due to the power of karma and afflictions, in the five-continuum samsara, These beings who constantly experience suffering, Since they are kind mothers from beginningless time, Practitioner, constantly cultivate compassion. In short, since you become disgusted with samsara, meditate on emptiness in equipoise, and in the post-meditation, cultivate compassion as the main practice. This was composed by the monk, Youthful Intelligence. Instructions, Namo Lokema.
