གདམས་པ་གང་གི་ཞབས་ཟུང་མ། གདམས་པ་གང་གི་ཞབས་ཟུང་མ། གང་གི་ཞབས་ཟུང་པདྨོའི་གེ་སར་རྡུལ། །ཚངས་དང་ལྷ་དབང་ཁྱབ་འཇུག་ལ་སོགས་པ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་དྲེགས་ལྡན་གཙུག་གིས་གུས་བསྟེན་པའི། །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་མགོན་དེ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མང་དུ་ཐོས་ཀྱང་ཚུལ་བཞིན་སྒྲུབ་ལ་གཡེལ། ཁྲིམས་བརྒྱ་ནོད་ཀྱང་ཉེས་ལྟུང་དྲི་མ་ཅན། །དགེ་སྦྱོང་བདག་གི་གཡར་དམ་འདི་རྣམས་ལ། །མཁྱེན་ལྡན་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ལྷ་ཁྱོད་ཡུད་ཙམ་དགོངས། །གང་དུ་གནས་ན་སྣང་ཤེས་འཕེལ་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། །རང་རྒྱུད་རྙེད་བཀུར་ཞགས་པས་འཆིང་བྱེད་ལ། །གཞན་རྒྱུད་ཕྲག་དོག་འགྲན་སེམས་ཀྱིས་གདུང་བའི། །གནས་དེར་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཡང་མི་གནས་སོ། །དེང་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ། །གངས་དང་རི་སུལ་ནགས་ཀྱི་ཁྲོད་རྣམས་སུ། །བསེ་རུ་ལྟ་བུར་རྟག་ཏུ་གནས་བྱེད་ཅིང་། །གྲོང་དང་འཁོར་མང་དབུས་སུ་གནས་མི་བགྱི། །ཆོས་བརྒྱད་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ནམ་ཡང་མི་གཡོ་བའི། །སེམས་ལ་ཇི་སྲིད་བརྟན་པ་མ་ཐོབ་པར། །གཅིག་པུར་རང་རྒྱུད་འདུལ་བ་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །གཞན་དོན་ཐབས་ཀྱིས་རང་དོན་ཉམས་མི་བགྱི། །ཆོས་གོས་གསུམ་དང་ལྷུང་བཟེད་ལ་སོགས་པ། །རང་ཉིད་འཚོ་བའི་ཡོ་བྱད་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །གསེར་དང་དབྱིག་སོགས་ལྷག་པའི་ཡོ་བྱད་ནི། །རང་གི་དོན་དུ་ཏིལ་ཙམ་མི་བཅང་ངོ་། །གཞན་གྱི་ཉེས་པ་ནམ་ཡང་མི་གླེང་ཞིང་། །དོན་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་ཆོས་མཐུན་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །དམག་དང་ཆོམ་རྐུན་རྒྱལ་པོའི་གཏམ་ལ་སོགས། །འཁྲུལ་པའི་བཀའ་མཆིད་ནམ་ཡང་མི་བགྱིད་དོ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་དཀའ་སྤྱད་བསྲན་བཟོད་ཅིང་། །འཇིག་རྟེན་བློས་བཏང་རྣམ་གྲོལ་དོན་དུ་གཉེར། །འདོད་ཆུང་ཆོག་ཤེས་རང་དང་རྗེས་མཐུན་པའི། །རྗེས་འབྲང་འཁོར་ནི་བཞི་བས་ལྷག་མི་བསྟེན། །གལ་ཏེ་བདག་གིས་གཡར་དམ་འདི་རྣམས་དང་། །འགལ་བར་བགྱིས་ན་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་བཅས་དང་། །ཐུགས་རྗེའི་མངའ་བདག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་མགོན་གྱིས། ཁྱི་ཕག་ལུག་བོང་རྣམས་དང་བདག་སྙོམས་ཤིག །ཅེས་གསུངས། གདམས་པ་གང་གི་ཞབས་ཟུང་མ།

教诲之主的莲足下， 教诲之主的莲足下， 何者莲足莲蕊之花粉，梵天自在遍入等诸神， 世间骄者顶戴以恭敬，向彼观世音怙主我敬礼。 虽多闻法却怠于如法修，虽持百戒却染违犯之垢。 于我瑜伽士之此誓言，祈请具智悲悯之主您垂念。 于何处所住则觉受增变，自续以利敬羂索而系缚， 他续为嫉妒竞争心所恼，于彼处所刹那亦不住。 今起乃至尽寿生存间，于雪山岩洞森林之众中， 如珊瑚般恒常而安住，于城镇眷属众中不住矣。 不为八法之缘所动摇，于心未获稳固坚定时， 独自调伏自续之外，不以利他之方便而损自利。 三法衣与钵盂等诸物，除自存活之资具外， 金银等余剩之资具，不为自利执持丝毫也。 不曾宣说他人之过失，除具义且与法相符外， 战争盗贼国王之语等，虚妄之教诲亦不曾行。 为法之故勤苦而忍耐，舍弃世间而求证解脱， 少欲知足与自相随顺之，随行眷属不侍多于四者。 若我违越此等之誓言，则祈胜者及诸佛子众， 与悲悯之主观世音怙主，视我如犬猪羊驴皆平等。 如是宣说。 教诲之主的莲足下。
English
At the lotus feet of the master of instructions, At the lotus feet of the master of instructions, Whose lotus feet's lotus stamen pollen, Brahma, Indra, Vishnu, and other gods, The proud of the world reverently hold with their crowns, to that Avalokiteśvara, the protector, I pay homage. Though much is heard, one is lazy in practicing accordingly; though hundreds of vows are taken, they are stained with the dirt of transgressions. Upon these vows of mine, a yogi, may you, the compassionate lord of wisdom, consider for a moment. Wherever one dwells, perception and awareness increase and change, and one's own mindstream is bound by the noose of gain and respect, While the mindstreams of others are tormented by jealousy and competitiveness; in such a place, one does not dwell even for a moment. From today until the end of life, in the midst of snow mountains, caves, and forests, One will always dwell like coral, and will not dwell in the midst of towns and large retinues. Until one's mind is not moved by the conditions of the eight worldly concerns, and until one has not attained stability, Apart from subduing one's own mindstream alone, one will not harm one's own benefit by means of benefiting others. Apart from the three Dharma robes and the begging bowl, and other things for one's own livelihood, One will not hold even a sesame seed's worth of extra possessions such as gold and silver for one's own sake. One never speaks of the faults of others, and apart from what is meaningful and in accordance with the Dharma, One never engages in false teachings such as talk of war, thieves, and kings. For the sake of the Dharma, one endures hardship and patience, renounces the world, and seeks liberation. One does not rely on more than four followers who are content with little, know satisfaction, and are in accordance with oneself. If I violate these vows, then may the Victorious Ones and all the Buddha's children, And the compassionate lord Avalokiteśvara, the protector, treat me the same as dogs, pigs, sheep, and donkeys. Thus he spoke. At the lotus feet of the master of instructions.
