རྗེ་བཙུན་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་ལ་གདམས་པ། རྗེ་བཙུན་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་ལ་གདམས་པ། རྗེ་བཙུན་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་ལ་གདམས་པ་བཞུགས། བཀའ་དྲིན་མཉམ་མེད་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དང་། །བླ་མེད་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས། །མང་དུ་ཐོས་པའི་དགེ་སློང་ཀུ་མ་རས། །དད་ལྡན་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་འདོམས། །ཤིན་ཏུ་རྙེད་དཀའི་དལ་འབྱོར་རིན་ཆེན་འདི། །འཇིག་པར་ངེས་སོ་ནམ་འཇིག་ངེས་པ་མེད། །སྐྱེ་བར་ངེས་སོ་གར་སྐྱེ་ངེས་པ་མེད། །དལ་འབྱོར་དོན་ཡོད་མཛོད་ཅིག་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། །འདོད་དང་མི་འདོད་རྣམ་སྨིན་འབྲས་བུ་སྟེ། །རང་གིས་བསགས་པའི་དཀར་ནག་ལས་འབྲས་རྣམས། །མྱོང་བར་ངེས་སོ་ནམ་མྱོང་ངེས་པ་མེད། །སྡིག་སྤོང་དགེ་ལ་འབད་ཅིང་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། །བསག་དང་སྲུང་དང་རླག་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཅན། །ངལ་བརྒྱས་བསྒྲུབས་པའི་སྒྱུ་མའི་ཟས་ནོར་འདི། །འཛད་པར་ངེས་སོ་ནམ་འཛད་ངེས་པ་མེད། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་སྙིང་པོ་ལོངས་ཤིག་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། །ཕན་བྱེད་བཤེས་དང་གནོད་བྱེད་དགྲ་བོ་ཡང་། །གློ་བུར་འདུས་པའི་ཚོང་འདུས་མགྲོན་པོ་བཞིན། །འབྲལ་བར་ངེས་སོ་ནམ་འབྲལ་ངེས་པ་མེད། །ཆགས་སྡང་ཞེན་པ་སྐྱུངས་ཤིག་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་ནས་ཕ་རོལ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཚེ། །རང་བསགས་དགེ་སྡིག་ལས་འབྲས་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །འཁོར་དང་ཉེ་དུ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྗེས་མི་འབྲང་། །ཕྱི་མའི་ལམ་སྒྱགས་སྒྲུབས་ཤིག་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། །ད་ལོ་འདི་བྱ་སང་ཕོད་འདི་བྱེད་ཅེས། །རྟག་རྟག་འདྲ་བའི་ཕྱི་ཚིག་ཤོམ་ར་རྣམས། །ཐོག་དུ་མི་འབབ་གྲོག་སྐམ་ཉ་རྒྱ་བཞིན། །རྟག་ཚིག་འདོད་མདུན་སྐྱུངས་ཤིག་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ། །ཅེས་པ་འདི་ཡང་རྗེ་བཙུན་ཆེན་པོས་འབྲི་གུང་ཐོལ་གྱི་ཆེན་མོ་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་ལ་གདམས་པའོ། །ཤུ་ུབྷཾ།། །། རྗེ་བཙུན་ཤེས་རབ་དཔལ་ལ་གདམས་པ།

至尊慧吉祥之教诲 至尊慧吉祥之教诲 至尊慧吉祥之教诲 谨呈 无与伦比恩德具祥上师前， 无上三宝尊前我顶礼。 多闻比丘古玛Ra（ཀུ་མ་ར་，梵文天城体：कुमार，梵文罗马拟音：kumāra，汉语字面意思：童子）， 对具信慧吉祥如是教诲： 极其难得之暇满珍宝身， 定会坏灭然何时坏灭不定。 定会转生然转生何处不定。 慧吉祥，莫虚度暇满人身！ 喜与不喜乃异熟之果， 自己所积善恶之业果， 定会感受然何时感受不定。 慧吉祥，当断恶行而精勤行善！ 具有积聚守护及散失之痛苦， 历经千辛万苦所成幻化之财食， 定会耗尽然何时耗尽不定。 慧吉祥，享用享用其精要！ 饶益之友与损害之敌亦， 如骤然相聚之集市客人般， 定会分离然何时分离不定。 慧吉祥，当舍贪嗔与执着！ 从今世前往后世之时， 除了自己所积善恶之业果， 眷属亲友受用皆不随行。 慧吉祥，当为来世备资粮！ 今年做此事来年做彼事， 如是恒常相似之虚伪托辞等， 终将徒劳如旱谷空网捕鱼般， 慧吉祥，当舍恒常之语与贪欲！ 此乃至尊大士对竹贡托之大慧吉祥之教诲。吉祥圆满！ 至尊慧吉祥之教诲

The greatly learned monk Kumara gives these instructions to the faithful Sherab Pal: This precious leisure and opportunity, so difficult to find, is certain to perish, but it is uncertain when it will perish. It is certain to be reborn, but it is uncertain where it will be reborn. Sherab Pal, make this leisure and opportunity meaningful! Like and dislike are the fruits of ripening. The karmic results of the white and black deeds you have accumulated will certainly be experienced, but it is uncertain when they will be experienced. Sherab Pal, abandon evil and strive for virtue! This illusory food and wealth, which is the cause of suffering of accumulation, protection and loss, and which is achieved through hundreds of labors, is certain to be exhausted, but it is uncertain when it will be exhausted. Sherab Pal, enjoy the essence of enjoyment! Even beneficial friends and harmful enemies are like guests in a market who have gathered suddenly. Separation is certain, but it is uncertain when separation will occur. Sherab Pal, restrain attachment, hatred, and clinging! When going from this world to the next, nothing follows except the karmic results of the good and bad deeds you have accumulated. Retinue, relatives, and possessions do not follow. Sherab Pal, accumulate provisions for the future! Saying, "This year I will do this, next year I will do that," all such constant-seeming false pretenses will be fruitless, like fishing with a dry net in a dry ravine.
