Friends and relatives are like guests at a market. This frail body is like a bubble in flowing water. Harm is abundant, life is like a candle in the wind. Shifting like lightning in the sky and autumn clouds. The basis for pride, arrogance, and conceit. The wealth of samsara and enjoyment, like the splendor of a wave-tossed ocean. Like water for the eyes and a rainbow in the sky. It only increases the delusion of childish minds. Born from the ocean of merit accumulated in the past. Therefore, abandon attachment to worldly pleasures. Take up the good conduct praised by the Buddha. Always abide in the vows of celibacy. Make your life of leisure and endowment fruitful. Even with effort, the desires of this life that yield little result. Black and white karmic results never deceive. Karma also follows like a shadow. Even for the sake of life, do not commit sinful deeds again. Beautiful one, please never do that. Generosity, discipline, and virtue are the glory of gods and humans. The Buddha said that it is the supreme friend who gives. Please rejoice in the merit of offering to the virtuous practitioners and the Buddha, who are fields of merit. Possessing a fickle mind and a deceitful nature. A woman's body is also not worthy of praise by the holy ones. If you wish to never again take a lower birth. 无常败坏终将灭，长久相伴亦必离。 此生来世诸苦本，亲眷财富轮回缚。 名声犹如山谷响，贪恋五欲逐眼识。 虚度光阴无意义，名利恭敬魔之索。 死主毒蛇伏肩头，堕入无尽恶趣渊。 紧抓寿命如坟草，谁人贪恋欲妙蜜？ 为取先解脱如意宝，请从有海巨浪中度脱。 贪执之处恒受苦，犹如火坑秽泥潭。 轮回之中无安乐，智者恒常修厌离。 显空如幻世俗谛，离言绝思胜义谛。 无离双运乃为基，若离分离即为谬。 视六道众为父母之慈悲，悟诸显现如幻之智慧。 无离双运乃无谬之道，若离分离即为谬。 能所寂灭法身界，事业无间色身界。 无离双运乃殊胜之果，若离分离即为谬。 世俗缘起如幻化，知晓黑白业果不欺惑。 不染常断边见垢，乃证离边中观之见。 以见解善巧通达基之实相，于一境专注之心串习。 彻证实相之义，乃止观双运之禅修。 后得三门所作诸事业，皆于无执如幻中行持。 以无缘之心回向大菩提，所作皆为道用之行持。 基、道、果之自性，见、修、行之方式。 善加了知后善说，希求善者善受持！ 此乃释迦比丘童慧，对大成就者吉祥天母之教诲。

Impermanence will decay and perish, and even long companionship will inevitably lead to separation. This life and the next are the basis for creating suffering, and relatives and wealth are the bonds of samsara. Fame is like the echo of a mountain stream, and attachment to the five desires chases after eye consciousness. Wasting time on meaningless actions, fame, gain, and honor are seen as the snare of demons. The Lord of Death, like a venomous snake, lies on your shoulder, and you are falling into the abyss of endless evil destinies. Holding onto life like a blade of grass on a tomb, who is attached to the sweetness of sensual pleasures? To obtain the wish-fulfilling jewel of prior liberation, please cross over the great ocean of existence. Wherever there is attachment, there is constant suffering, like a pit of fire or a mire of filth. There is no happiness in samsara, so the wise should always cultivate renunciation. The conventional truth of appearance and emptiness, like illusion, and the ultimate truth beyond words and thought. Inseparably united is the basis, and separation is a mistake. Compassion that recognizes the six realms as parents, and wisdom that realizes all appearances as illusion. Inseparably united is the unerring path, and separation is a mistake. The Dharmakaya realm where grasping and fixation are pacified, and the Rupakaya realm where activity is continuous. Inseparably united is the supreme result, and separation is a mistake. Conventional dependent arising is like illusion, knowing that the results of black and white karma are not deceiving. Unstained by the defilements of eternalist or nihilist views, is the view of realizing the Middle Way free from extremes. Having skillfully understood the ground of reality through view, and familiarized oneself with single-pointed concentration. Decisively realizing the meaning of reality, is the meditation of uniting shamatha and vipashyana. Whatever activities are done with the three doors in post-meditation, practice them in a state of non-attachment, like illusion. Dedicate with an unconditioned mind to great enlightenment, whatever is done is the conduct of going to the path. The nature of the ground, path, and result, and the manner of view, meditation, and conduct. Having well understood, it is well spoken, may those who desire good, take it well! This is the advice of the Shakya monk, Youthful Wisdom, to the great accomplished one, Palmo.
