Then, in the year of the Horse, counting backwards, in the middle winter month, when the star was Regulus, the Khenpo and Acharya scattered flowers, and Bodhisattva performed the consecration ceremony three times. Then, in the year of the Sheep, on the fifteenth day of the first winter month, when the moon was eclipsed by Rahu, the accomplishment of Vajrakila continued for seven days. After the empowerment of the sovereign king, the master Padmasambhava scattered consecration flowers. When flowers were scattered at the Three Protectors of the main temple, the deities inside appeared outside, and all the hand implements were raised and brandished. The king thought that they could not be contained inside. He circumambulated the main temple stupa three times. Again, the deities entered the temple. When flowers were scattered at the wrathful gatekeepers, blue smoke arose from the wrathful fire mountain, and everyone saw the red flames of the fire mountain burning. The king was frightened, thinking there was a fire. When flowers were scattered at Jomo Ling Sum, wondrous and amazing good omens appeared, and all the temples were filled with light. Everyone saw the lotus tree growing. When flowers were scattered at Jampa Ling, the divine servants offered worship from within the clouds. When flowers were scattered at Arya Pala Ling, the horse-headed one neighed three times, and everyone heard it. The deaf one did not hear it, so it was named that. Long bamboo shoots grew in the place of circumambulation. When flowers were scattered at the Translation Ling, all the musical instruments played their own sounds at the same time. When flowers were scattered at the Mind-Generation Ling, the undefiled lotus one resided in space. When flowers were scattered at the Iron Net Ling, the utensils increased twofold and a fragrant scent arose. When flowers were scattered at Peker Ling, the Peker main temple danced the Tang dance.

Homage. When flowers were scattered on the four stupas, umbrellas, victory banners, and pennants arose spontaneously. When flowers were scattered on the four protector deity temples, the colors of the murals became vibrant and entered the four gates. When flowers were scattered on the four stone pillars, four copper dogs leaped in four directions. Nine dog barks were heard from the top of the stone pillar. When flowers were scattered on the three iron fences, a rain of fresh arura (Terminalia chebula) fell three times. When flowers were scattered on the stone stupa, a rainbow of each color appeared on the five stupas. All the gods and humans were greatly amazed. They sang joyful songs and danced with delight.
