།དོན་འདིར་མི་མོས་སྐྱེ་བོ་བླུན་པོ་རྣམས། །འཁོར་བའི་ཆུ་བོས་རྟག་ཏུ་འཁྱེར་བར་ཟད། །ངན་སོང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མི་བཟོད་སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐར་འདོད་བླ་མ་མཁས་པར་བསྟེན། ། 21-5 བྱིན་རླབས་ཞུགས་པས་རང་སེམས་གྲོལ་བར་འགྱུར། །ལས་རྒྱ་བརྟེན་ན་བདེ་སྟོང་ཡེ་ཤེས་འཆར། །ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་བྱིན་རློབས་སྙོམས་པར་ཞུགས། །དལ་བར་དབབ་ཅིང་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དྲངས་པ་དང་། །གནས་སུ་བསྐྱལ་དང་ ལུས་ལ་ཁྱབ་པར་བྱ། །དེ་ལ་ཞེན་མེད་བདེ་སྟོང་ཡེ་ཤེས་འཆར། །ཚེ་རིང་སྐྲ་དཀར་མེད་ཅིང་ཟླ་ལྟར་རྒྱས། །བཀྲག་མདངས་གསལ་ཞིང་སྟོབས་ཀྱང་སེངྒེ་འདྲ། །ཐུན་མོང་དངོས་གྲུབ་མྱུར་ཐོབ་མཆོག་ལ་གཞོལ། ། ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་གནད་ཀྱི་གདམས་པ་འདི། །འགྲོ་བ་སྐལ་ལྡན་སྙིང་ལ་གནས་པར་ཤོག །དཔལ་ཏིལླི་པས་ནཱ་རོ་པ་ལ་ཆུ་བོ་གངྒའི་འགྲམ་དུ་གསུངས་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།དགེའོ།།

于此，不信之愚人， 恒常为轮回之水所漂。 恶趣苦痛难忍实可悲， 欲脱苦难当依止智者上师。 加持入心自心得以解脱。 若依事业手印，则现乐空智慧。 方便与智慧之加持平等入注， 缓慢降临，迎请坛城， 送至本位，遍布全身。 于此无执，乐空智慧便会显现。 长寿无白发，如月般圆满增长。 光彩照人，力量亦如雄狮。 迅速获得共同成就，趋向殊胜之境。 此大手印之要诀， 愿住于具缘众生之心间。 吉祥的 帝洛巴 (Tilopa) 于 纳若巴 (Naropa) 前，在恒河岸边所说之教言圆满。
English
Herein, those foolish beings who do not believe, Are constantly carried away by the river of samsara. The suffering of the lower realms is unbearable, how pitiful, Those who wish to escape suffering should rely on a wise lama. Through the entry of blessings, one's own mind will be liberated. If one relies on karma mudra, the wisdom of bliss and emptiness will arise. The blessings of skillful means and wisdom enter equally, Descend slowly, invite the mandala, Send it to its place, and pervade the body. Without attachment to this, the wisdom of bliss and emptiness will arise. Longevity without white hair, increasing like the moon. Radiance is clear, and strength is like a lion. Quickly attain common siddhis, and strive for the supreme. This essential instruction of Mahamudra, May it dwell in the hearts of fortunate beings.
