观想容器为宫殿，所有男性都变成赫鲁嘎（Heruka，忿怒尊），所有女性都变成瑜伽母（Naljorma），然后返回融入自己的心中。 观想鼻尖上的红白明点结合，进行金刚诵持。然后观想念珠为清净的本性，每念诵一个咒语，就观想该咒语的本尊融入自身。 念诵一百零八遍上述心咒。然后观想光芒照耀容器、精华和自身。从自身上下融化，成为心间的咒语。然后是“വം (vam)”，然后是月相，最后收摄到明点（Thigle）和那达（Nada）之间。 再次进入无所缘的空性。如果感到厌倦，就像鱼从水中跃起一样，再次升起，进行禅修和诵持。如果仍然感到厌倦，就在朵玛（Torma，食子）下方。 从“ཡཾ་ (yam，种子字，风界), རཾ་ (ram，种子字，火界), ཀཾ་ (kam，种子字，梵天)”中生出风、火和三角鼎立之物。从“ཨ་ (a，种子字，空界)”中，在颅器内充满五肉五甘露，用半月金刚杵封口。心间的“བཾ་ (vam，种子字，水界)”的光芒推动风，使火燃烧，融化颅器内的物质。半月金刚杵中心的“ཧཱུྃ་ (hūṃ，种子字，阿閦佛)”的光芒从色究竟天迎请佛和菩萨心间的智慧甘露，融入其中。 念诵七遍“嗡啊吽 (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ)”，加持。结忿怒印，口中念诵“呸 (Phet)”。从心间咒语幻化出的光芒，迎请本尊（Bhagavān，世尊）和所有超越世间和世间的眷属，降临到前方的虚空中。念诵“嗡 阿Ra里 吽 匝 吽 班 霍 班匝 达吉尼 萨玛雅 斯瓦 德里夏 霍 卡卡 卡嘿 阿里 乌里 伊 当 巴令达 卡嘿 卡嘿”三次，供养，观想本尊用白色金刚舌，顶端有一个孔洞，享用供品。然后赞颂：‘具德金刚瑜伽母，是瑜伽母的轮王，是五智和三身，向救度众生的您顶礼。所有金刚瑜伽母，断除一切分别的束缚，善于进入世间事业，向所有这些瑜伽母顶礼。’ 赞颂道：‘寂静与轮回平等，您已摧毁贪欲，摧毁了错误的观念。您具有证悟一切事物皆与虚空平等的能力。祈请怙主以慈悲之水滋润，愿诸佛母以极大的慈爱垂念于我。’如此祈愿后，念诵百字明，念诵“班匝 穆 (vajra muḥ)”，遣送朵玛的宾客。 愿以此善行，我迅速成就金刚亥母（Vajravarahi），愿所有众生，无一遗漏，皆能达到彼之境地。

Visualize the container as a palace, all males transforming into Herukas, and all females transforming into Yoginis, then returning and dissolving into one's own heart. Focus on the red and white bindu (Thigle, drop) combined at the tip of the nose, and perform the Vajra recitation. Then, visualize the mala (rosary) as the pure nature, and with each mantra recitation, visualize the deity of that mantra dissolving into oneself. Recite the above heart essence mantra one hundred and eight times. Then, visualize light illuminating the container, the essence, and oneself. From oneself, melting from top to bottom, becoming the mantra in the heart. Then 'വം (vam, seed syllable, water element)', then the lunar phase, finally contracting between the bindu and the nada. Again, enter into the emptiness of non-objectification. If feeling weary, like a fish leaping from the water, rise again and engage in meditation and recitation. If still feeling weary, then below the Torma. From 'ཡཾ་ (yam, seed syllable, wind element), རཾ་ (ram, seed syllable, fire element), ཀཾ་ (kam, seed syllable, Brahma)' arise wind, fire, and a triangular support. From 'ཨ་ (a, seed syllable, space element)', in the skull cup, fill it with the five meats and five amritas, sealed with a half-moon vajra. The light from the 'བཾ་ (vam, seed syllable, water element)' in the heart propels the wind, causing the fire to blaze, melting the substances in the skull cup. The rays of light from the 'ཧཱུྃ་ (hūṃ, seed syllable, Akshobhya)' at the center of the half-moon vajra invite the wisdom nectar from the hearts of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas from Akanishta, dissolving into it. Bless by reciting 'Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ' seven times. Make the wrathful mudra, and verbally utter 'Phet'. From the light emanating from the mantra garland in the heart, invite the Bhagavan and all the retinue, both transcendent and mundane, to the space in front. Recite 'Oṃ Āra li Hoḥ Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ Vajra Ḍākinī Samaya Svaṃ Dṛṣya Hoḥ Kha Kha Khāhi Āli Uli Ī Daṃ Baliṃta Khāhi Khāhi' three times, offering it, visualizing the deity consuming the offering with a white vajra tongue, with a single point and a hole at the tip. Then praise: 'Glorious Vajrayogini, the Chakravartin of Yoginis, the embodiment of the five wisdoms and three bodies, I prostrate to you who save beings.' Praise: 'You who equalize samsara and nirvana, destroying attachment and destroying wrong views. You have the ability to see that all things are equal to space. May the Lord moisten me with the majesty of the water of compassion, and may all the goddesses cherish me with great affection.' Thus pray for your desires. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, and say 'Vajra Muḥ', dismissing the guests of the Torma. By this merit, may I quickly attain Vajravarahi, and may all beings, without exception, reach her state. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
