Due to pure feelings of happiness, there is happiness, emptiness, and abundance. If this happens, because the support is not damaged, happiness will greatly increase, and with it, all appearances will be blessed. Through practice and yoga, all contacts, such as fire, will appear as happiness. Opening the Door of Essential Points and Entering the City of Vajra Space The third part is opening the door of essential points and entering the city of Vajra Space: Conforming to the ways of the world and karma, through the stability of what has been recognized, even though it is distinguished from those things, it has still not transcended samsara. Therefore, contemplate the indestructible bindu (thigle) in the heart, focusing on the clear light at the end where the movements of the waves, gross, subtle, and luminous, dissolve, and abide in near quiescence. Again, when arising from that, show the contemplation as before, and after that, by repeatedly entering into this state, the appearances of conventional reality will be exhausted, and only the ultimate reality will remain. Entering that state is called entering the City of Vajra Space, or reaching the heart of enlightenment, or, according to common parlance, being a Buddha. The Dharma that makes one a Buddha is also none other than that state. It is not the case that some become Buddhas and some remain sentient beings, because no one can accomplish a state of not being a Buddha at that time. Why is that said? Because other than the self-appearance becoming gross, the accomplishment of other-appearance is like a dream. This is the oral instruction from the mouth of Jetsun Rechungpa, transmitted from ear to ear through the lineage of gurus, written down by Pema Karpo. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
