དུ། །མྱ་ངན་མི་འདའ་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ། །བདག་གཞན་ཀུན་གྱིས་བསགས་པ་ཡི། །དུས་གསུམ་དགེ་བ་གཅིག་བསྡུས་ནས། །མར་གྱུར་འགྲོ་བ་མ་ལུས་པ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོ་ཐོབ་ཕྱིར་བསྔོ། །གང་གི་དྲིན་གྱིས་ བདེ་ཆེན་ཉིད། །སྐད་ཅིག་ཉིད་ལ་འཆར་བ་གང་། །བླ་མ་རིན་ཆེན་ལྟ་བུའི་སྐུ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཅན་ཞབས་པད་ལ་འདུད། །མཎྜལ་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བས་དབང་བླངས། །ཕར་ཐིམ་ཕོད་པ། ཚུར་འབྲལ་མི་ཕོད་པའི་གདུང་བས་བླ་མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ། ། 10-288 འདོད་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཞུས། བདག་ལ་ཐིམ་པར་མོས་ཏེ་བདག་ཉིད་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོར་གསལ་སྣང་མ་བྱུང་གི་བར་དུ་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ལུས་ལ་དམིགས་པས་དུབ་ན། །སྙིང་གར་ཉི་མའི་ དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཡིག་གཅིག་པུའམ། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ། ཞེས་བསྐོར་བའི་སྔགས་འཁོར་བ་གང་རུང་ལ་དམིགས་ནས་བཟླ་བར་བྱའོ། །སྔགས་ལ་དམིགས་པས་སུན་ན། དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་ འཕྲོས། སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་དོན་བྱས། སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་ནུས་པ་ཅན་དུ་བྱས་པ་སླར་ལུས་ཀྱི་བ་སྤུའི་བུ་གར་ཞུགས་པའི་སྤྲོ་བསྡུ་ལ་དམིགས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་མེ་ལོང་ གི་དབུགས་ལྟར་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྷ་ལ། དེ་བདག་ལ་བསྟིམ་ནས། གཙོ་བོ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་འབའ་ཞིག་གི་ང་རྒྱལ་འཛིན་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཐུན་ལས་ལྡང་བའི་ཚེ། ཇི་ལྟར་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་ པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་གྱིས་མཁྱེན་ཅིང་གཟིགས་པའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་གང་གི་རིགས་གང་ཡིན་པ་དང་། །སྡེ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དང་། མཚན་ཉིད་གང་ ཡིན་པ་དང་། རིགས་གང་ཡིན་པ་དང་། ཆོས་གང་ཡིན་པས་ཡང་དག་པར་གནས་པ་དེ་ལ་དེ་དག་གིས་ཇི་ལྟར་མཁྱེན་པ་དེ་ལྟར་བདག་གིས་ཀྱང་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་། དེ་དག་གི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་བསྔོས་པ་ལྟར། བདག་གིས་ཀྱང་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བ་ཆེན་པོས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བར་བྱའོ།། སརྦ་མངྒལཾ༎ །།

祈请您，不要进入涅槃，请安住于此。（祈请上师长久住世） 我与他人所积累的，三世一切善行悉数汇集， 为了使如母有情众生，获得菩提之心而回向。 因您的恩德，大乐当下显现， 顶礼上师仁波切般的圣者，金刚持足莲。 以曼茶罗供养祈请灌顶，以无法放下、不忍分离的强烈渴望，祈请上师化身。 祈求赐予所愿成就。观想上师融入自身，直至自身显现为坛城之轮。 如此专注于身体而感到疲惫时，可在心间观想日轮，其上只有一个吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），或者观想围绕其旋转的咒语：嗡 班匝 咕噜 达吉尼 悉地 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र गुरु डाकिनी सिद्धि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra guru ḍākinī siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 班匝 咕噜 达吉尼 悉地 吽），并念诵。 如果专注于咒语而感到厌倦，就观想从咒语中放射出光芒，利益众生，成为所有佛的语、意、身的能量，然后再次融入身体的每个毛孔，专注于这种收放。 然后，像镜子中的雾气一样，将坛城诸尊融入自身，并生起本尊双运的慢。 从这样的禅修中起身时，如同所有如来、应供、正等觉的智慧和佛眼所见所知的善根，无论其属于何种类别、何种部类、何种特征、何种根源、何种法，我都随喜他们的一切功德，并将这些善根如同他们一样，回向给无上正等菩提。以这样伟大的回向来作回向。 萨瓦 芒嘎লাম (藏文：སརྦ་མངྒལཾ།，梵文天城体：सर्व मंगलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṃgalaṃ，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥)！

Please do not pass into nirvana, I beseech you to remain. (A prayer for the long life of the Guru) May all the virtues accumulated by myself and others in the three times be gathered together, And dedicated so that all mother sentient beings may attain the heart of Bodhi. Through your kindness, great bliss arises in an instant, I prostrate to the lotus feet of the Vajra Holder, the precious Guru. I request empowerment with a mandala offering, with an unbearable longing of not being able to let go or separate, I pray to the incarnate Guru. I request the attainment of desired accomplishments. Meditate on the Guru dissolving into oneself, until one's own being manifests as the wheel of the mandala. If you become tired of focusing on the body in this way, visualize a sun disc at your heart, with only the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) upon it, or visualize the mantra circling it: Oṃ Vajra Guru Ḍākinī Siddhi Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र गुरु डाकिनी सिद्धि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra guru ḍākinī siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ Vajra Guru Ḍākinī Siddhi Hūṃ), and recite it. If you become weary of focusing on the mantra, visualize light radiating from it, benefiting sentient beings, becoming the energy of the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas, and then re-entering the pores of your body, focusing on this gathering and dispersing. Then, like mist on a mirror, dissolve the deities of the mandala into yourself, and hold the pride of being the principal deity in union. When rising from such a session, just as all the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones know and see with their wisdom and Buddha-eye the roots of virtue, whatever their category, class, characteristics, origin, or dharma, I rejoice in all their merits, and just as they dedicate these roots of virtue to unsurpassed, perfect enlightenment, so do I dedicate them completely. Dedicate in this way with a great dedication.
