Namo Guru Manjughoshaya (Tibetan: ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་མཉྫུ་གྷོ་ཥ་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः गुरु मञ्जुघोषा य, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ guru mañjughoṣāya, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the Guru Manjughosha). Here is a brief description of how to practice the Yoga of Jamyang Lama: First, take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha as much as possible, and generate Bodhicitta: May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness, etc. Om Svabhava Shuddho Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho Ham (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning). Visualize that all phenomena are empty. One's own body appears as emptiness like a rainbow. From the secret place to the Brahma aperture, there is a white outer and red inner Avadhuti (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) channel, extending upwards like a small iron rod. At its tip arises a thousand-petaled lotus of various colors, and upon its stamen is a stainless moon cushion. Upon it sits the wisdom being of the Buddhas of the past, present, and future, Jamyang Lama Kunga Gyaltsen Pal (Tibetan: ཀུན་དགའ་རྒྱལ་མཚན, Literal Chinese meaning: All Joyful Banner), who demonstrates the aspect of a great five-sciences pandita, with a body color like that of a young saffron, blazing with the splendor of being embraced by billions of sunbeams, wearing three robes of radiant maroon color, holding an Utpala flower (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) adorned with a wisdom sword and scripture in the teaching mudra, wearing a Sa Xia (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) hat of coral color, sitting upright in the vajra posture with both feet crossed. He is adorned with the eighty auspicious signs, in the center of a radiant mandala, with a clear smile of delight towards me. At the three places (forehead, throat, heart) are marked with three syllables (Om, Ah, Hum), whose rays shine, and in an instant, the root guru, yidam deity, all Buddhas, Three Jewels, Dharma protectors, wealth deities, etc., all dissolve into (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) indivisibility. One's own body, speech, and mind are also marked with the three vajra syllables. Cutting off all obstacles to knowledge, performing virtuous deeds to liberate all beings, Accomplishing immeasurable deeds, I prostrate to the feet of Jamyang Lama. Recite this verse hundreds, thousands, etc., as much as possible. While reciting, it is crucial to remember the biography of Jamyang Lama and generate strong devotion and reverence. 涤除一切业障愚昧的黑暗，使二智（藏文：མཁྱེན་གཉིས།，指了知一切法之尽所有性的智慧和了知一切法之如所有性的智慧）无量智慧得以增长。（念诵）嗡 阿 Ra 巴 匝 纳 德 （藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་ར་པ་ཙ་ན་དྷཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ओम् अर प च न धीः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ a ra pa ca na dhīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，无垢者，语，语）尽力念诵后，祈请皈依处总集之蒋扬（藏文：འཇམ་དབྱངས།，文殊菩萨）上师，祈请加持我的相续。（念诵三遍）法王（藏文：ཆོས་རྗེ།）三处（身语意）嗡 阿 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）中流出白、红、蓝甘露之流，次第或同时融入自己三处之字， 充满全身，从而获得四种灌顶，清净身语意三门的一切垢染。获得过去、现在、未来三世诸佛之身、语、意、功德、事业之成就。观想上师从梵穴进入，自身化为无量宫殿，于心间莲花月轮之上，上师恒时欢喜安住。如此念诵并观想。之后，以如海之供品等，恒时令一切有情之根本上师欢喜！恒时令萨迦班智达欢喜！以忆念词句之义而作供养。以吉祥等适宜之方式作结尾。此乃为满足具足贤善美三者功德如海之主，至尊转世仁波切 贡噶坚赞（藏文：ཀུན་དགའ་རྒྱལ་མཚན།）之意愿，萨迦比丘 昂旺列巴（藏文：ངག་དབང་ལེགས་པ།）将 衮钦 雅克东 弥旁 确吉喇嘛（藏文：གཡག་སྟོན་མི་ཕམ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བླ་མ།）之语录心髓汇集于宗萨扎西拉孜（藏文：རྫོང་སར་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལྷ་རྩེ།）大经堂。 萨瓦 芒嘎拉姆（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，愿一切吉祥！）

Having dispelled all the darkness of defilements and ignorance, may the immeasurable wisdom of the two knowledges (Tibetan: མཁྱེན་གཉིས།, referring to the wisdom that knows the extent of all dharmas and the wisdom that knows the nature of all dharmas) increase. (Recite) Om Ara Pa Ca Na Dhih (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་ར་པ་ཙ་ན་དྷཱིཿ, Devanagari: ओम् अर प च न धीः, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ a ra pa ca na dhīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, the stainless one, speech, speech). After reciting as much as possible, supplicate the Lama who embodies all sources of refuge, Jamyang (Tibetan: འཇམ་དབྱངས།, Manjushri), and request blessings for my mindstream. May I obtain the accomplishments of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the Buddhas of the past, present, and future. Visualize the Lama entering through the aperture of Brahma, transforming oneself into an immeasurable palace, and upon the lotus and moon seat in the heart, the Lama dwells in a state of constant joy. Recite and visualize in this way. Afterward, with offerings like an ocean, may the root Lama of all sentient beings always be pleased! May Sakya Pandita always be pleased! Make offerings by recalling the meaning of the words. Conclude with auspiciousness and other appropriate methods.
