This is a section for offering and activating activities, called 'Fulfilling Both Purposes Spontaneously.' SHRI WAMSA NGU GURU BENZA ACHARYA KARMA NATHAYA NAMA HUM I beseech you, the embodiment of the Buddhas' activities, the chief protector of the Buddhist teachings, the great Black One who subdues the three realms, the forceful messenger who obeys your commands, the male and female yakshas with unobstructed power and abilities! Karma Protector, Monbu Putra, in the past, in the secluded mountains of India, through the power of truthful words from a Brahmin lineage, you became known as 'The Slayer of Yama.' Please heed my request! Furthermore, at that time, a Brahmin brother and sister, through the power of their aspirations, transformed into the leaders of demons and yakshas, Black Bhata and his sister Burning Face, along with their four divisions. And the emanations of Monpa men and women, emanations of emanations, the eight classes of gods and demons, the arrogant male and female hosts, with minds as swift as thought and inconceivable magical powers, together with your retinue of workers, please heed my request! The successive holders of the Sakya teachings have continuously relied upon and accomplished you, so you powerful ones have protected the stainless teachings of the glorious Sakyapas as one. Therefore, to please the revered masters of Sakya, I offer outer, inner, and secret samaya substances, as well as actual and mentally created offerings, filling the earth and sky. Please accept them! We mantra holders, teachers, students, and entourage, offer our bodies, possessions, and the accumulation of merit from the three times, without exception, to please the workers and their retinue, transforming them into clouds of offerings that fill the realms. May this lineage continue and flourish without interruption for as long as samsara exists! Based on this, may the minds of the great secret workers and their entourage be filled with joy! I praise you, the great Karma Protector and your entourage, whose body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities have reached the ultimate perfection of abandonment and realization, inseparable from the Victorious Ones! I beseech you, the Vajra Master, the root of accomplishments. With great remorse from the depths of our hearts, we each confess. Whatever sufferings we have experienced as the ripening of our past accumulated negative karma, may they be pacified by the intention and actions of rejoicing in virtue in this life, and may we be free from the consequences of sin. Yogi, myself, and all these faithful Vajra disciples who trust in me, are entrusted to you, the Karmamudra. Please accomplish all our purposes in this life and the next, without a moment's separation. May our own hatred, the form of external enemies and demons, and those who harm the Lama, the teachings, and the practice, have their consciousness liberated into the Dharmadhatu without delay. May self and others be free from being stained by sin. For the sake of the flourishing and expansion of the Sakya teachings, may our teachers, disciples, and retinue have all our wishes fulfilled. May we reach the end of our lives and become the supreme root of the teachings. May the lineage arise without interruption. Although beings like myself are filled with hundreds of afflictions, by the power of you, the knowledgeable, compassionate, and powerful Dharma protector, may we teachers and disciples be reborn together in Sukhavati without obstruction in the future. May you again, with various emanations that tame beings, cause the teachings to flourish until the end of the world. In short, may all our wishes in this life and the next be spontaneously accomplished without effort, just like a wish-fulfilling jewel. By the compassion of the root and lineage Lamas, and by the power of my pure intention, may all hopes be fulfilled as before through the activity of the oath-bound great Putra. This concludes the verses for offering to and requesting the activity of the glorious Lord of Activity, the great Putra, together with his retinue, called 'Spontaneously Accomplishing the Two Benefits'. This was written by the Sakya lay practitioner, the great vehicle yogi Ngawang Kunga Sonam Drakpa Gyaltsen Pal Sangpo, because he felt that this Lord Putra was very close to him and quickly showed compassion, and because he repeatedly found special faith in him in the short and long term. Motivated by this, with a mind of unwavering devotion to the great Karmamudra, on the twenty-ninth day of the royal month of the Monkey year, in the clear light of the Sakya four-story Labrang, the scribe was Sampa Dondhen, who is skilled in medicine and writing. May all wishes be fulfilled by this! Sarva Mangalam!
