After such offering, a brief explanation of the benefits: Homage to the Bhagavan (Bhagavan, 具 भगवन्, bhagavan, The Blessed One) Tathāgata (Tathāgata, དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་, तथागत, tathāgata, Thus Come One), Arhat (Arhat, དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་, अर्हत्, arhat, Worthy One), Samyaksaṃbuddha (Samyaksaṃbuddha, ཡང་དག་པ་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་, सम्यक्संबुद्ध, samyaksaṃbuddha, Perfectly Enlightened One), Śrī (Śrī, དཔལ་, श्री, śrī, Glorious) Jina (Jina, རྒྱལ་བ་, जिन, jina, Victorious One) Śākyamuni (Śākyamuni, ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ་, शाक्यमुनि, śākyamuni, Sage of the Shakyas)! 以极度胜利的骄傲所引发的罪恶。 以彻底压制的荣耀所诽谤的罪恶。 以照亮一切的荣耀，随喜他人所作之罪恶。 以珍宝莲花的彻底压制，积累违背佛法的罪业。 如来珍宝莲花安住其中，我向佛陀山王之王顶礼！ 念诵此句的利益，能清净所有违背誓言的罪恶。此乃阿底峡尊者从经中汇集，来源可靠，利益巨大，故应无间断地忏悔罪业。经常宣讲忏悔的利益是：愿自他父母亲友及已故之人，皆能从恶趣轮回的痛苦中解脱，迅速获得无上圆满的佛果！此乃依噶当派之精要典籍，由萨迦派阿旺贡噶索南所书。愿此善业增长广大！ 根据堪钦阿贝仁波切的意愿，由古汝提供服务。

Sins arising from extreme victory and pride. Sins slandered by the glory of complete suppression. Sins of rejoicing in the misdeeds of others, through the glory of illuminating all. Sins of accumulating actions that abandon the Dharma, through the complete suppression of the precious lotus. The Tathagata, the precious lotus dwells within, I prostrate to the King of the Buddhas, the King of Mountains! The benefit of reciting this is that it purifies all sins of breaking vows. This was compiled by Jowo Je (Atisha) from the sutras, so its source is reliable and its benefits are great, therefore, confess transgressions without interruption. The benefit of constantly teaching confession is: May myself, others, parents, relatives, and the deceased, all be liberated from the suffering of evil realms and samsara, and quickly attain the supreme and perfect Buddhahood! This was written by Sakya Ngawang Kunga Sonam, based on a quintessential text of the Kadampa school. May this virtue increase and grow!
