萨迦派口诀集：名为《往生极乐净土之近道——无量光迁识修法》 萨迦派口诀集：名为《往生极乐净土之近道——无量光迁识修法》 萨迦派口诀集：名为《往生极乐净土之近道——无量光迁识修法》 那摩 咕噜 布达 达扎耶。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 在此，为了修持能确保往生极乐净土的萨迦派甚深口诀——奇妙的无量光卧式迁识法，晚上睡觉时，将右侧身体放在下面躺卧。 念诵三遍‘桑吉 确 措’（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：佛法僧众）。然后口中念诵：‘此地即是极乐净土，自身观为本尊之身，前方莲花月垫之上，如来无量光安住。’ ‘其周围，根本传承上师，以及如云般密集的佛菩萨，如亲眼所见般清晰显现。’对他们以意行三顶礼。念诵并观想。 然后，进行七支供，详细内容如《普贤行愿品》中所述。念诵‘尽所有尽’等偈颂，或者简略念诵‘顶礼’等一句颂词三遍，务必心意专注，观想自己的业障得以清净。 然后，当自己的气息呼出时，观想自己的心识融入无量光佛的心间，与诸佛之心无二无别地融合。当自己的气息吸入时，观想自己的心识化为光芒，从诸佛的心间发出，经过自己的喉咙，融入心间，与诸佛无二无别。 口中念诵并修习，或者不念诵也可以，随着自己的气息出入，修习此观想三次。然后口中念诵：‘诸佛菩萨融入根本传承上师，根本传承上师融入无量光佛，无量光佛化光融入自身，自身化光成为无量光佛。’ 念诵并观想上师、本尊、佛陀与自心无二无别地融合。从‘于诸佛刹极妙安乐处’至‘彼佛授记我亦于是获’，念诵并发愿，心不外散，入睡。如此持续修习，临终时以此口诀相连，就能如蛇脱皮般舍弃此粗重之身，往生西方极乐世界。

(Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Here, in order to practice the profound Sakya instruction that ensures rebirth in Sukhavati, the wondrous Amitabha lying-down transference of consciousness, when sleeping at night, lie down with the right side of the body underneath. Recite three times 'Sangye Choe Tsok' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: Buddha, Dharma, Sangha). Then, verbally recite: 'This place is the Pure Land of Sukhavati, visualize oneself as the deity's form, on the lotus and moon cushion in front, Tathagata Amitabha resides.' 'Surrounding him, the root and lineage gurus, and Buddhas and Bodhisattvas as dense as clouds, appear as clear as if seen with one's own eyes.' Offer three prostrations to them with the mind. Recite and contemplate. Then, perform the seven-branch offering, with detailed content as described in the 'Samantabhadra's Prayer'. Recite verses such as 'As many as...' or briefly recite the single verse 'Prostration...' three times, making sure the mind is focused, and contemplate that one's sins are purified. Then, when one's breath goes out, contemplate one's mind merging into the heart of Amitabha, merging with the heart of the Buddhas without difference. When one's breath comes in, contemplate one's mind transforming into light, emanating from the heart of the Buddhas, passing through one's throat, merging into the heart, becoming non-different from the Buddhas. Verbally recite and practice, or it is also okay not to recite, practice this visualization three times in accordance with one's breath going in and out. Then, verbally recite: 'Buddhas and Bodhisattvas merge into the root and lineage gurus, the root and lineage gurus merge into Amitabha, Amitabha dissolves into light and merges into oneself, oneself dissolves into light and becomes Amitabha.' Recite and contemplate the guru, yidam, Buddha, and one's own mind merging without difference. From 'In Buddha-fields, in places of utmost bliss' to 'May I also there receive the prophecy', recite and make aspirations, without letting the mind wander, and fall asleep. By practicing continuously in this way, at the time of death, connecting with this instruction, one can abandon this coarse body like a snake shedding its skin, and be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Sukhavati. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

在极乐世界（Dewachen）从莲花中化生，听闻无量光佛（Amitabha）讲法，这是从《宝积经》（Dkonmchog brtsegs pa）中所说。这是出自法主萨迦班智达（Sakya Pandita）的著作，是具有殊胜信心的甚深口诀。 以上这些，也是由具足善缘的萨迦派（Sakya pa）居士、持咒者阿旺贡噶索南（Ngagwang Kunga Sonam），以至诚的敬意，用至上的身语意供养遍主轮之怙主穆斯钦波（Mus chen po）果位持有者桑结坚赞（Sangye Gyaltsen）的莲足，为了利益他那些具有善缘和殊胜因缘的追随者们，在鼠年三月上弦月之吉日，于萨迦（Sakya）四层楼宇拉章钦波（Lhabrang chen po）的顶层编纂而成。以此愿我等师徒众人，未来皆能往生极乐世界（Dewachen），所有见闻忆触，皆能被引导至清净刹土。愿如是成就，愿如是成就，愿勿成其他！吉祥！ 根据堪布阿贝仁波切（Khenchen Aphe Rinpoche）的意愿，由古汝（Guru）提供服务。

Having been born miraculously from a lotus in Dewachen (Sukhavati, the Pure Land of Amitabha), and listening to the Dharma from Amitabha (Snang-ba mtha'-yas), as stated in the 'Heap of Jewels Sutra' (Dkonmchog brtsegs pa). This is a profound instruction from the writings of Dharma Lord Sakya Pandita (Sakya Pandita), endowed with extraordinary faith. This was also composed by Ngagwang Kunga Sonam (Ngag-dbang kun-dga' bsod-nams), a Sakya (Shākya) lay practitioner and mantra holder, who with sincere reverence offered supreme body, speech, and mind to the lotus feet of Gyalwa Muschenpo (rGyal-ba mus pa chen po) Sangye Gyaltsen (Sangs-rgyas rgyal-mtshan), the Lord of the Mandala, possessing good fortune, for the benefit of his followers who have good fortune and wondrous karma. It was compiled on an auspicious day, the waxing moon of the third month in the year of the Rat, on the top floor of the great Sakya (Sa-skya) Four-Story Lhabrang Chenpo (bzhi-thog bla-brang chen-po). By this, may we, teachers and students, be born in Dewachen (bDe-ba-can) in the future, and may all that we see, hear, remember, and touch be led to that pure realm. May it be so, may it be so, may it not be otherwise! Auspiciousness!
