From the Heart Drop of the Blazing Mantra Lord: The Method of Offering to the Guardians of the Teachings is present. I prostrate to the assembly of Mamo who cast spells! The red torma is adorned with flesh and blood. Clearly visualize yourself as the deity and say this: Hūṃ bhyo! Great Mamo, guardian of mantras, You who wield power over the vast expanse of the sky, You who are the mistress of the life force of the three realms, You eat flesh as food and drink blood as refreshment, You perform the activities of killing and severing. Blood-drinking Mamo of action, mighty one, Come to this Tibetan place, mindful of your oath! Flesh and blood baliṅta, complete with the ten fields, I offer as a feast, please accept this with joy! In the past, in the presence of all the Buddhas, As you vowed and promised, perform your activities! Spread happiness and well-being to beings in the realm of Jambudvipa, Protect the community of teaching and practice, increase learning, contemplation, experience, and realization! Red goddess, emanate various forms, With your right hand you strike the citta, with your left you tear apart the corpse. Mamo, you who possess a terrifying form, subdue the enemies! If there are no signs of accomplishment in practice and no power in action, Guardian, would you not be breaking your oath? Draw forth the strength of your body, generate the power of your ability, With fierce power and strength, subdue those who break their vows, enemies, and obstacles! Accomplish the activities entrusted to the yogin! Thus, offer the torma and propitiate the guardians. Perform the entrusted tasks, protect the retinue and the teachings.
