Torma Substitute Life-Stone Scroll. Torma Substitute Life-Stone Scroll. From the Mind-Drop of the Blazing Mantra Lord, the Torma Substitute Life-Stone Scroll is present. Homage to the assembly of Mamos who cast spells. On the skin of a human king, or on a shroud from a charnel ground, black silk, etc., whatever it may be, draw a goddess on the surface. In the center, on a triangular BH YO (藏文：བྷྱོ།，梵文天城体：भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：bhyo，汉语字面意思：榜) syllable, write the essence of Heruka and surround it with the root recitation. On the outer circle of that, apply as many invocations as possible. On the seven spokes of the outer layer, place the seed syllables of the seven prides. Write a BH YO (藏文：བྷྱོ།，梵文天城体：भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：bhyo，汉语字面意思：榜) on each of the spoke margins. On the outer circle of that, write as many wishes and prayers as possible. On the outer layer of that, write the A LI KA LI and the heart of dependent arising. Place silk brocade, gold, silver, copper, iron, pearls, coral, crystal, and turquoise, dzi beads, conch shells, musk crystal, and eight thousand medicinal roots mixed with AMRITA (藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：甘露). Add various grains, medicines, and fragrant scents. Add the essence of sixteen young boys and girls. Place pure vermilion fruits. Wrap it well with five-colored silk threads. Diligently generate the consecration. Place the human king's mind in the center of the chakra. Or, join the skull of the human king. In a clean skull that has not been found for sixteen years, create three circles of wheels. In the center, surround the BH YO (藏文：བྷྱོ།，梵文天城体：भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：bhyo，汉语字面意思：榜) with recitation. Write wishes on the outer layer of that. On the seven spokes of the outer layer, write the seed syllables of the seven prides, and write a BH YO (藏文：བྷྱོ།，梵文天城体：भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：bhyo，汉语字面意思：榜) on each of the spoke margins. Place the human king's mind inside. Wrap it with silk and place it in the center of the torma. Tie a protective cord and hide it. Make the front of the torma white. Insert a peacock feather crest at the top. Surround it with the tormas of the seven prides. Finally, surround it with sixteen small offerings and thumb-sized pieces of meat. Adorn it with the flesh of the human king. In front of that torma, place a white mustard plant with ornaments. On the right, make and place three hearts. On the left, place the heart of the black woman's dagger. Behind it, decorate the hearth-shaped food offering with the sun and moon. Write the mantras of recitation on the sun. Write secret names in vermilion on the moon. On top of the sandalwood phurba, write the yidam mantra and arrange silk ornaments. On the neck of the reed arrow, place five kinds of silk. On the surface of the clean red fruit, write the recitation mantra. Hang it on the arrow with finger rings. With the milk of a white cow, knead tsampa flour and make an image of the human king. Make it and erect a silk-wrapped victory banner.

Practice and recite, generating and dissolving. Meditate on the glorious goddess as actually present. Recite the root mantra one hundred and eight times without interruption. For peaceful practices, visualize the mantra and the body as white. For increasing practices, mix power and wrathful elements. Add the desired syllables to the end of the mantra. Offer the essence of food and drink. On the eighth and twenty-fifth days of the lunar month, Make offerings, fulfillments, and bestow empowerments. If focusing on longevity, wave arrow banners. Combine the root mantra with the desired syllables for offerings. Think of attaining the accomplishment of longevity. Visualize White Tara holding a longevity vase and arrow banners, in a dancing posture on a lotus and sun disc. If focusing on wealth, visualize a peaceful blue form, holding a jewel and a mongoose in her hands. Generate her in a half-lotus posture, adorned with ornaments. Add steps to the mantra and recite it. Surely, she will bestow the accomplishment of wealth. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Ema, this heart essence instruction, Do not reveal it to anyone, Whisper it only to a fortunate one. If violated, the dakinis' punishment will come.
