降雨开启大海。 降雨开启大海。 甚深法藏莲师忿怒尊中，降雨开启大海仪轨。顶髻力尊前敬礼！未来时之瑜伽士，为利有情众生故，若欲降雨当如是行：前往龙居之灵验泉眼，自身观为本尊天，四方竖立四根卡拉橛，扎 吽 旺 霍， 昂 咕夏 扎， 巴夏 吽， 斯坡札 旺， 根德 霍，阿威夏雅 祈请龙地神，观想与泉眼无二无别。之后如是准备供物：以白牛乳揉合面粉，加入龙药制作蛙形，置于卡拉木刻之盆中，其上盛满清水之铜盆，以乌鸦粪覆盖，上绘八瓣莲花，以彩绘书写八个“ཕུཿ”字，以面粉制作八个蛙形，安放于四方四隅之莲花上，中央陈设具足龙药之，白色庄严食子，向地神献上净供，陈述实情，委托事业，向作祟邪魔施予朵玛，以咒语驱逐并修持守护轮，端正事业仪轨，会供轮，于前迎请龙宫殿中，观想迎请所有龙族，陈述谛实力，以手印加持，禁食青蒜、洋葱、萝卜等，以及肉血等食物，之后观想龙王及其眷属，听令行事降下雨水，于禅定中念诵此咒：嗡 阿 吽 纳嘎 普RA扎 普智 札RA扎 利 恰 坡 吽 吽（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ནཱ་ག་ཕུ་རཱ་ཛཿཕུ་ཏྲིག་ཏྲག་རཱ་ཛ་ལི་ཆར་ཕོབ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：ओँ आः हूँ नाग पुरा जः पु त्रिक त्रक रा ज लि चर फोब हूँ हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ nāga purā jaḥ pu trik traka rā ja li cara phob hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 吽 龙 普RA扎 普智 札RA扎 利 雨 降 吽 吽）。每日念诵千遍，于座间献龙朵玛、龙供，诵读龙百万等，时而念诵此摄云咒：嗡 纳嘎RA扎 智达 普定 萨汝定 兴 扎 扎 摄云 梭哈（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ནཱ་ག་ར་ཛ་ཙིཏྟ་ཕུ་ཏིང་སར་རུ་ཏིང་ཧྲིང་ཛཿཛཿསྤྲིན་སྡུས་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ओँ नागर ज चित्त पु तिंग सर रु तिंग ह्रीं जः जः स्प्रिन् दुस् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ nāgara ja citta pu tiṃ sara ru tiṃ hrīṃ jaḥ jaḥ sprin dus svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 龙RA扎 智达 普定 萨汝定 兴 扎 扎 摄云 梭哈）。若风作祟则如是行：于白色绸缎上绘制风神，卷起夏瓦卧垫和如达尔，于破损之纸上书写：吽，风母玛热夏 库热纳亚 杜尼热纳 凯尔，断绝风之源，如是书写后妥善勾招安放，以线缠绕置于卧榻之下，放入三角形木盒中，以绘有十字之乌鸦粪覆盖，芥子、黑芥子、卡孜拉，念诵咒语，座间以手击打，嗡 亚玛热 巴纳 希热 吞吞 班达（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ཡམ་རི་བྷ་ན་ཤི་རི་ཐུམ་ཐུམ་བྷནྡྷ་，梵文天城体：ओँ यम रि भ न शि रि थुं थुं बन्ध，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ yama ri bha na śi ri thuṃ thuṃ bandha，汉语字面意思：嗡 亚玛热 巴纳 希热 吞吞 班达）。

Opening the Ocean of Rain. Opening the Ocean of Rain. From the Profound Dharma of the Wrathful Lotus, here is the "Opening the Ocean of Rain" ritual. Homage to Tötrengtsal! For the sake of future yogis, to benefit all sentient beings, if you want to bring rain, do this: Go to a powerful spring that is a Naga dwelling. Meditate that you yourself are the Yidam deity. Plant four juniper stakes in the four directions, reciting: JAḤ HŪṂ VAṂ HOḤ. ĀṂ GUŚA JAḤ. PĀŚA HŪṂ. SPHOṬA VAṂ. GHANḌE HOḤ. ĀVEŚĀYAS, invoke the Naga earth lords. Contemplate that you are inseparable from that spring. Then, prepare the offerings as follows: Knead barley flour with white cow's milk. Add Naga medicine and make frog-shaped figures. Place them in a juniper-carved bowl. On top of that, fill a copper bowl with clear water. Cover it with raven dung. Draw an eight-petaled lotus on top. Color the eight syllables PHUḤ. Make eight frog-shaped figures out of barley flour. Place them on the lotus in the four directions and four intermediate directions. In the center, arrange a white, ornamented torma filled with Naga medicine. Offer a clean torma to the local deities. Declare the truth and entrust them with the task. Give changbu (a type of offering) to the harmful obstructors. Expel them with mantras and meditate on the protective circle. Straighten the work and perform the tsokhor (feast). In the visualized Naga palace in front, contemplate that all the Nagas are summoned. Speak the power of truth and seal with mudras. Abstain from eating green garlic, onions, radishes, etc., and foods like meat and blood. Then, contemplate that the Naga king and his retinue, listening to the command, will accomplish the task and bring rain. From within the state of samadhi, recite this mantra: OṂ ĀḤ HŪṂ NĀGA PURĀ JAḤ PHU TRIK TRAKA RĀ JA LI CHAR PHOB HŪṂ HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ནཱ་ག་ཕུ་རཱ་ཛཿཕུ་ཏྲིག་ཏྲག་རཱ་ཛ་ལི་ཆར་ཕོབ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ आः हूँ नाग पुरा जः पु त्रिक त्रक रा ज लि चर फोब हूँ हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ nāga purā jaḥ pu trik traka rā ja li cara phob hūṃ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Naga Pura Ja Pu Trika Traka Ra Ja Li Rain Fall Hum Hum). Recite this a thousand times each day. During the sessions, offer Naga tormas and Naga offerings. Recite the Naga Bum (one hundred thousand Nagas) and so on. Occasionally, recite this mantra for gathering clouds: OṂ NĀGA RAJA CITTA PHU TING SAR RU TING HRING JAḤ JAḤ SPRIN DUS SVĀHĀ (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ་ནཱ་ག་ར་ཛ་ཙིཏྟ་ཕུ་ཏིང་སར་རུ་ཏིང་ཧྲིང་ཛཿཛཿསྤྲིན་སྡུས་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ नागर ज चित्त पु तिंग सर रु तिंग ह्रीं जः जः स्प्रिन् दुस् स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ nāgara ja citta pu tiṃ sara ru tiṃ hrīṃ jaḥ jaḥ sprin dus svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Naga Raja Citta Phu Ting Sara Ru Ting Hring Jah Jah Cloud Gather Svaha). If wind causes harm, do this: On a white silk cloth, draw the wind deity. Roll up a Shawa sleeping mat and a Rudra banner. On a damaged piece of paper, write: HŪṂ. Wind Mother Marisha Kurinaya Duni Rina Kher. Cut off the source of the wind. Write this and properly hook and place it. Wrap it with thread and place it under the sleeping mat. Put it inside a triangular wooden box. Cover it with raven dung on which a cross is drawn. Mustard seeds, black mustard seeds, and ketse (a type of grain). Recite the mantra and strike with your hand during the sessions. OṂ YAMA RI BHANA SHIRI THUM THUM BANDHA (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ་ཡམ་རི་བྷ་ན་ཤི་རི་ཐུམ་ཐུམ་བྷནྡྷ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ यम रि भ न शि रि थुं थुं बन्ध, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ yama ri bha na śi ri thuṃ thuṃ bandha, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Yama Ri Bhana Shiri Thum Thum Bandha).
