When a powerful Lotus yogi undertakes the activity of averting, if one wishes to apply the method of the stupa's destruction, then enrage the deity assembly and retinue. May countless emanations and further emanations, devourers, like stars in the sky, avert all hateful enemies and harmful obstructors. Mix medicine and alcohol into the stupa and torma, transform stances and gestures, and speak these words: Hūṃ vajra! I am the powerful king of wrathful deities, the powerful Lotus Heruka. With devouring and slaughtering emanations and further emanations, summon and draw in the harmful demons and obstructors. The time for fierce activity has arrived! The time has come, samaya! Accomplish the entrusted activity! Hūṃ vajra! In this charnel ground of powerful play, on a mountain of poisonous blood, charnel ground mud, and iron, having cut down charnel trees and junipers, fashion the stupa-stake into the form of a rakshasi. Adorn it with banners averting inauspiciousness. On the top, erect a large meat lingam. Bind it with threads possessing the five wisdoms. Establish it as the support for the gathering of practitioners. Cut off the number for summoning enemies and obstructors. Cover it with a net averting bad omens. Hūṃ vajra! When engaging in fierce activity, may the wisdom stupa's stakes and so forth now arise from the dharmadhatu! Urge the commitment and employ it in activity! Outwardly, it is the nature of the stake; inwardly, it is the field of the messengers of the practitioners. Devouring messengers, swarm! Summoning messengers, shara ra! Killing messengers, nyili li! Enemies and obstructors, revel in the feast of flesh and blood! Avert and transform demons and bhutas! The upper tip pervades the dharmadhatu, inseparable from all the Buddhas. Avert the afflictions of ignorance and delusion! The lower tip pervades the hells, inseparable from the three lower realms. Avert the negative karma of self-appearing delusion! The middle waist pervades the realm of fierce spirits, inseparable from the three thousand worlds. Avert the suffering of birth, aging, sickness, and death! On the tip, birds whirl in a blizzard. Avert the bad omens of garudas! On the waist, tigers, lions, bears, and grizzlies roar. Avert the bad omens of clawed predators! At the base, frogs, scorpions, spiders, and snakes slither.
