In a solitary place in a charnel ground forest, sprinkle fragrant water to arrange the mandala. Draw lines to create a four-spoked wheel, surrounded by a vajra fire mountain of its own color. Paint the four spokes of the wheel with yellow. In the center, on a cushion of munji grass, arrange a square, abundant torma. On the Manjushri Yamantaka chakra, place a golden essence inscription. Cover it with a beautiful yellow silk tent. To the right and left, arrange medicine tormas and rakta, and finally surround it with the five offerings. Sit yourself on a comfortable seat. First, recite the refuge and bodhicitta, and offer the torma. Entrust the activities to the white-sided protectors. Purify and expel the black-sided demons and obstacles. Fiercely meditate on the protective wheel. Then, in an instant of complete recollection, meditate on all phenomena as empty and without characteristics. From within emptiness, your own awareness is OM (藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：唵). Meditate on it as having a black and yellow radiance. Offer to the Victorious Ones with radiating light. Purify the obscurations of all sentient beings. Subdue demons, obstacles, and elementals. The body of the deity assembly, body, speech, and mind, the blessings, power, might, and glory of compassion, gather all without exception, and let them dissolve into the syllable OM (藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：唵), blazing with splendor. In an instant, transform the place into complete recollection. Manjushri, in a black and yellow wrathful form, in a throwing posture, holding a skull staff and wheel, with reddish-black hair tied in a topknot, adorned with an elephant hide, a human skin, a tiger skin loincloth, snakes, a garland of skulls, and smeared with ashes, decorated with drops of fat and blood, seated on a lotus and solar-lunar seat, adorned with precious jewels on the head, meditate clearly in the state of appearance and emptiness. Invite the wisdom beings and offer praise. In front of you, the wrathful king Manjushri, on top of a golden wheel in his heart, at the end of the life-force syllable OM (藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：唵), surround it with a rosary of secret accomplishment mantras. In the state of radiating and gathering light again and again, you yourself become the manifest wrathful king. Think that you have obtained all the accomplishments of the body. At that time, the signs of obtaining blessings will be: the best is reality, the intermediate is experience, and the lowest is seeing the face, hearing the voice, the sun and moon rising, blowing conch shells, raising banners, finding treasures, and flying.

The scripture of the Sword Wheel (Tibetan: རལ་གྲི་འཁོར་ལོ་) was found, and many auspicious signs appeared. The prajna of non-conceptual wisdom blazed. This is a sign of accomplishing Manjushri Yamaraja. Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：Oath)! Gya Gya Gya! During the session of recitation and accomplishment, offer the outer, inner, and secret offerings according to the text. Praise in this order: Hum (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable)! Supreme deity of unchanging form, empowered by all the Buddhas, whose wisdom, compassion, power, and might are perfected, I prostrate and praise the supreme Wrathful King! After praising, reciting, and accomplishing, and signs appear, touch the three places (body, speech, and mind) with the accomplishment substances. Receive the four empowerments and make supplications. Complete any deficiencies with the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Hold the wheel, robes, bell, and vajra. The wisdom being departs into the Dharmadhatu. The samaya being is absorbed into one's own body. The garland of mantras is absorbed into the seed syllable Om (藏文，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om). The bindu and nada disappear into non-objectification. Abide clearly in the uncreated state. Abide nakedly in the self-arisen state. Abide freely in the non-objective state. Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：Oath)! Gya Gya Gya! This practice of Manjushri's form, at Matsor Dorje Sangpuk, was given to me by the great master Padmasambhava.
