长寿成就，不死金刚。 长寿成就，不死金刚。 甚深法，莲师忿怒尊中，长寿成就，不死金刚。 顶礼种姓之主，长寿之神。 莲师忿怒尊之瑜伽士，若欲获得长寿之成就， 于极寂静且平和之幽谷，清澈高爽，寒暖适中， 白方护法所居之处，以香洁之物涂抹坛城。 莲花四瓣，中心为红色，外环彩虹金刚鬘， 或者陈设谷物堆。 中央安放具有装饰之长寿食子，塑造无量寿佛之擦擦。 亦可支起红色绫罗之帐篷，左右摆放药物与血供， 后方陈设本尊食子，前方摆放五种供品， 周围环绕会供轮。瑜伽士安坐于舒适之座。 向白方护法献供食子，陈述实情，委托事业。 向鬼神施予阻碍之食子，以咒语驱逐，观修防护轮。 端正事业仪轨，补足所缺，之后是修持之正行： 自身明观为本尊，与种姓之主无二无别，前方生起宝瓶，即无量寿佛， 红色，具足装饰，圆满受用，结等持跏趺坐，手持长寿宝瓶。 于心间，日轮之上，心咒（种子字：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥）红色字，以咒语之鬘围绕， 从中放射光芒，遍布十方。 从十方清净之宫殿中，摄集一切佛之加持， 外器，四大之精华，内情，众生之寿命福德， 亦以慈悲之自性光芒摄集，倾注于手中之宝瓶内。 五彩光芒，充满精华，沸腾涌动，遍布自身。 于本尊之等持中，光彩、光芒、威严、能力增长， 思维获得长寿持明。不散乱，念诵此咒： 嗡 策 班 吽 啥 梭哈 （藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ओṃ चे भ्रūṃ ह्रीः स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ce bhrūṃ hrīḥ svāhā，汉字字面意思：嗡，策，班，吽，啥，梭哈） 时时供养赞颂，接受四种灌顶，傍晚举行会供轮， 六时祈祷，如是念诵：啥！ 至尊怙主无量寿佛，忆念往昔之誓愿， 祈请以慈悲力降临我所修持之此殊胜处， 加持具信之弟子，息灭障碍与邪祟， 赐予不死长寿之成就。如是念诵咒语

I prostrate to the Lord of the Family, the God of Longevity. If a yogi of Padma Drakpo desires to attain the accomplishment of longevity, In an extremely secluded and peaceful valley, Clear and high, with balanced coolness and warmth, In a place inhabited by white-sided protectors, anoint the mandala with fragrant and pure substances. Four-petaled lotus, with a red center, surrounded by a rainbow vajra garland, Or arrange a collection of grains. In the center, arrange a decorated longevity torma, and create a tsakli of Amitayus. Also, erect a tent of red silk, place medicine and rakta on the right and left, Arrange the yidam torma in the back, and place five types of puja in the front, Surround with a gathering wheel of tsok. The yogi sits on a comfortable seat. Offer the torma to the white-sided protectors, state the truth, and entrust the activities. Give the obstacle torma to the bhutas, expel them with mantras, and meditate on the protection wheel. Straighten the activity rituals, replenish what is lacking, and then the main practice: Clearly visualize yourself as the deity, inseparable from the Lord of the Family, and in front, generate a vase, Amitayus, Red, adorned with ornaments, complete with enjoyment, sitting in meditative posture, holding the longevity vase. At the heart, on top of a sun mandala, the heart essence, the red syllable HRĪḤ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥), surrounded by a garland of mantras, From which radiate rays of light, pervading the ten directions. From the pure palaces of the ten directions, gather the blessings of all Buddhas, The essence of the outer elements, and the life force and merit of sentient beings, Also gather them with the light of compassion's own radiance, and pour them into the vase in your hand. Five-colored rays of light, filled with essence, boiling and overflowing, pervading your body. In the samadhi of the yidam deity, increase splendor, radiance, majesty, and power, Think of attaining the longevity vidyadhara. Without distraction, recite this mantra: Om Tse Bhrum Hrih Svaha (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ओṃ चे भ्रūṃ ह्रीः स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ce bhrūṃ hrīḥ svāhā，汉字字面意思：嗡，策，班，吽，啥，梭哈) From time to time, offer praise and receive the four empowerments, in the evening, perform the tsok wheel, Pray six times, reciting as follows: HRIH! Victorious One, Protector Amitayus, remembering your past vows, Please come with the power of compassion to this supreme place where I practice, Bless the faithful child, pacify obstacles and evil influences, Grant the accomplishment of immortal longevity. 明定持明现，萨玛雅，嘉嘉嘉！诶玛，甚深之究竟此，修持及近修具缘者，若七日不散乱而精进，则能遮止寿命之险，获得成就。九种不容违越之障碍得以清净，彼时，征兆之次第亦，如日月升起，采摘鲜花，渡过桥梁，奏响乐器，扬幡吹号，攀登佛塔，饮酒，战胜等等出现。彼时，不累积分别念，于自性中获得四灌顶。享用修法之物，无有誓言之障碍。极为秘密，乃为要诀。萨玛雅，嘉嘉嘉！诶玛，极甚深心之法，为未来具缘者之故，请问上师尊者之教言后，于莲师猛怒法类中，书写成文后埋藏为伏藏。争斗浊世衰败时，与具业缘者相遇，愿获得寿命之成就！萨玛雅，嘉嘉嘉！伏藏印，封印，交付印，萨玛雅，嘉嘉嘉！苏雅格尔谛从大圣地香扎布隆迎请，抄于黄纸之上。吉祥！吉祥！

Nine kinds of insurmountable obstacles will be purified. At that time, the sequence of signs will also occur, such as the rising of the sun and moon, picking flowers, crossing bridges, playing musical instruments, raising banners, blowing horns, climbing stupas, drinking alcohol, and winning battles. At that time, without accumulating conceptual thoughts, one receives the four empowerments from the natural state. Enjoying the substances of practice, there are no obstacles to the samaya. It is extremely secret, this is the key point. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Ema, the extremely profound Dharma of the heart, for the sake of future fortunate ones, having requested the instructions from the venerable Guru, within the cycle of Padmasambhava's Wrathful Fierce form, it was written down and concealed as treasure. In the degenerate age of strife and decline, may those with karmic connections encounter this and attain the accomplishment of life! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Treasure Seal! Hidden Seal! Entrusted Seal! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Suryakirti brought it forth from the great sacred place Shangzab Bulung and transcribed it onto yellow paper. Mangalam! Mangalam!
