The yogi of fierce accomplishment power, on an auspicious astrological day, in a secluded and fierce place, arranges pleasing supports for body, speech, and mind. On a smooth, black, and solid platform, draws a beautiful fierce mandala. In the center, places a magnificent torma, adorned with fierce chakras. Then erects a dark black silk tent, arranges amrita, torma, and rakta on the right and left, and finally arranges whatever offerings are available.
