The longevity practice prayer is: Om Tse Bhrum Singdhi Phala Hum, to please bless me to be free from birth and death. Receiving the four empowerments: Recognizing the non-conceptual wisdom as one's own face, to please bless me to realize self-awareness as the lama. Next, the preliminary white offering: Meditate on oneself as the noble Avalokiteshvara, to please accomplish the entrusted activities. Offer the white torma with this. The obstacle torma: Om Vajra Krodha Haya Griva Hum Phet, to Sumba Ni. The action text: Hum Hrih! This mind-essence, pure from the beginning, to the three roots, the supreme offering substances. Mix the offering substances with medicine and alcohol, Ram Spha Ra Na Phet, to Maha Sarva Puja Ho. Here, recite the invocation of wisdom's blessings. Then: Hum Hrih! From the palace of inseparable union, to Sarva Pancha Amrita Lakaram Khahe, and combining the name and meaning: Om Ah Hum!
