甘露石之精要。 甘露石之精要。 出自《噶举大圆满长寿成就法降伏四魔之战大获全胜》：甘露石之精要。顶礼无死长寿之神！为利益修行佛法的瑜伽士，依止甘露石之精要。有缘者请享用！萨玛雅！嘉！所谓的白色的天神石，位于山谷交界处和水中。非常光滑，呈鸡蛋的形状，或者有各种形状的光滑石。发菩提心的瑜伽士，向三根本神祈祷。念诵嗡啊吽三字并吐气。如果热性大，则修持水石，在流水中冲洗后服用。如果寒性大，则修持山石，在开水中清洗后服用。观想自己是长寿佛，白石是智慧尊的化身。放入口中吞服，融入身体。誓言与智慧无二无别地融合。念诵长寿成就法的心咒一百零八遍。观想获得长寿持明果位。燃起拙火瑜伽的火焰观想，围绕腰部旋转并做转轮。首先少量，中间适量，然后尽可能多地服用，或者根据体质服用。主要进行无分别的修持。觉性清明，感官清晰。体验和证悟增长，显现清净的景象。虔诚心燃烧，生起出离心。治疗慢性疾病，平息疾病，消除障碍。长寿，身体坚固，消除罪业和障碍。获得诸多功德。因此，有缘者请享用。萨玛雅！嘉！在努力修持此法时，如果因障碍而产生污垢，则服用最好的药物之王诃子，以及用白油熬制的汁液。如果寒气增加，头晕，四肢疼痛等，则服用盐茶，并涂抹陈油。萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！封印宝藏！封印隐藏！封印甚深！萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！我乞丐班德从香扎布布隆迎请而来。吉祥！吉祥！ 甘露石之精要。

The Essence of Ambrosia Stone. The Essence of Ambrosia Stone. From "The Great Perfection of the Kagyü, the Long Life Accomplishment, Completely Victorious over the Four Maras": The Essence of Ambrosia Stone. Homage to the Immortal God of Long Life! For the benefit of yogis practicing the Dharma, rely on the essence of the Ambrosia Stone. May those with good fortune partake! Samaya! Gya! The so-called white "deity stone" is located at the boundary of mountains and valleys, and in water. It is very smooth and egg-shaped, or smooth with various shapes. Bodhicitta-generating yogis, pray to the Three Roots. Recite the three syllables Om Ah Hum and exhale. If the heat is strong, then practice with water stone, wash it in flowing water and take it. If the cold is strong, then practice with mountain stone, wash it in boiling water and take it. Visualize yourself as Amitayus, the white stone is the embodiment of the Wisdom Being. Put it in your mouth and swallow it, dissolving into the body. Vows and wisdom merge without duality. Recite the heart mantra of the Long Life Accomplishment one hundred and eight times. Visualize attaining the state of Long Life Vidyadhara. Ignite the fire visualization of Tummo yoga, rotate around the waist and do the wheel practice. First a little, then moderately, then take as much as possible, or take according to your constitution. Mainly engage in non-conceptual practice. Awareness is clear and the senses are sharp. Experience and realization increase, and pure visions arise. Devotion burns and renunciation arises. Cures chronic diseases, pacifies illnesses, and eliminates obstacles. Long life, body becomes strong, and sins and obscurations are purified. Obtain many virtues. Therefore, may those with good fortune partake. Samaya! Gya! When striving to practice this, if impurities are blocked by obstacles, then take the best medicine, the king of medicines, Haritaki, and the juice boiled with white butter. If cold wind increases and you feel dizzy, and there is pain in the joints, etc., then take salty tea and apply old butter. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Seal of treasure! Seal of concealment!
