殊胜妙药诃子的精炼。 殊胜妙药诃子的精炼。 出自《大圆满长寿修法战胜四魔》：殊胜妙药诃子的精炼。 敬礼不死的长寿天神！作为甚深长寿修法之助缘，殊胜药王诃子的精炼，书写后埋藏为伏藏，愿具缘者享用！ 诃子金色，肉厚之种类，二十五、三十、四十五等，上等、中等、下等，尽力积聚。 一桶以牛奶浸泡数日，取一只肉质丰腴的羊腿，仔细剁碎后，放入一桶水中，熬煮至浓稠。 待其浓缩至极少量时，滤出汁液与牛奶混合，以大小适中的火候熬煮，牛奶沸腾时，放入诃子熬煮。 用泥浆封口，将诃子放入其中熬煮，于阴凉处晾干，逐渐服用。努力进行气脉修习，勤奋修持转轮。 于头顶，观想怙主无量寿佛，父母双运降下菩提心，以虔诚的祈祷，令三根本轮全部充满增长，寿命、福德、证悟完全增上，思维获得长寿持明。 上师怙主无量寿佛，四身五智之本体，无依怙者的殊胜救护主，一心一意地祈祷您，以慈悲智慧的加持，以及甚深要诀的缘起力，令显有世间器情解脱为光身，幻身蕴聚成就无漏，安乐空性智慧获得本位，四身之果显现，执持大手印之觉性，祈赐予我长寿灌顶与成就。 念诵“ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཛྙཱ་ན་སརྦ་སིངྔྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔ (藏文) 嗡 勃隆 嘉纳 萨瓦 悉地 吽 (梵文天城体：嗡 भ्रूं ज्ञान सर्व सिद्धि हूँ ) om bhrūṃ jñāna sarva siddhi hūṃ (梵文罗马拟音) 寿命 勃隆 智慧 一切 成就 吽 (汉语字面意思)”，念诵长寿修法心咒，法会结束时，上师无量寿佛化光融入自身，上师的心性智慧广大，自之觉性无有垢染，无二无别融合而修持，获得无有生死的把握，获得长寿之成就，殊胜与共同成就毫不费力即可成就，具缘者请享用！愿具缘者享用！ 萨玛雅！印印印！伏藏印！封印！交付印！萨玛雅！印印印！大持明者尼玛扎巴从匝布隆取出。吉祥！ 殊胜妙药诃子的精炼。

The Quintessence of Supreme Medicine, Aru. The Quintessence of Supreme Medicine, Aru. From the Great Perfection Teachings, Longevity Practice, Victorious Over the Four Maras: The Quintessence of Supreme Medicine, Aru, is present. Homage to the Immortal God of Life! As a condition for the profound Dharma of Longevity Practice, the quintessence of the king of medicines, Aru, is written and concealed as a treasure. May those with karmic connection use it! Aru, the golden-colored, fleshy type, twenty-five, thirty, forty-five, etc., gather as many as possible of the best, medium, and least quality. Soak a bre of it in milk for a few days. Take a single, complete, nutrient-rich sheep leg, finely chop it, and put it in a bre of water. Boil it until it is reduced and thickened. When it has condensed to a very small amount, strain the juice and mix it with milk. Boil it over a fire of moderate size. When the milk boils, cook the Aru in it. Seal the pot with mud and cook the Aru in it. Dry it in the shade and gradually consume it. Strive in wind practice and diligently practice the trulkhor. On the crown of your head, visualize the Protector Amitayus. The bodhichitta of the union of father and mother descends. Through the devotion of prayer, all three root chakras are filled and expanded. Thinking that life, merit, experience, and realization are fully increased, attain the vidyadhara of longevity. Guru Protector Amitayus, the essence of the four kayas and five wisdoms, the supreme refuge for me, who has no protector, I pray to you with one-pointedness. Through the blessing of compassionate wisdom and the power of the profound and essential interdependence, may appearance and existence, vessel and essence, be liberated into a body of light. May the illusory body and aggregates achieve the stainless state. May the wisdom of bliss and emptiness seize its own ground. May the fruit of the four kayas be manifested, and may I hold the awareness of the Great Seal. Grant me the empowerment and accomplishment of longevity. Recite “ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཛྙཱ་ན་སརྦ་སིངྔྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔ (Tibetan) 嗡 勃隆 嘉纳 萨瓦 悉地 吽 (Sanskrit Devanagari: 嗡 भ्रूं ज्ञान सर्व सिद्धि हूँ ) om bhrūṃ jñāna sarva siddhi hūṃ (Sanskrit Romanization) Life Bhrum Wisdom All Accomplishment Hum (Literal Chinese meaning)”, count the essence mantra of longevity practice. At the end of the session, Guru Amitayus dissolves into light and merges into oneself. The Guru's supreme heart is great wisdom. One's own awareness is without defilement. Inseparably mix and cultivate it manifestly. Having obtained the confidence of being without birth and death, and having obtained the accomplishment of longevity, supreme and common accomplishments are effortlessly achieved.
