From the "Complete Greatness Longevity Accomplishment, Victory Over the Four Maras," here is the sequence of the protection wheel. Homage to the Vidyadhara Longevity Deity. For the sake of fortunate followers in the future, as a condition for the profound longevity accomplishment, I shall explain the sequence of the wheel. On the upper cover for accomplishing the longevity pill, draw the father wheel of method as follows: On immaculate white silk, mix vermillion with saffron, and encircle it with seven layers of circumference. In the center, the letter HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal meaning: HRIH), and at the end, encircle it with the heart mantra of longevity accomplishment. Finally, write "We, so-and-so," and write the desire-prayer for the increase of life. Divide its outer layer into four petals, and place the four syllables OM (ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: OM), HUM (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: HUM), TRAM (ཏྲཾ, Devanagari: त्रं, Romanized Sanskrit: traṃ, literal meaning: TRAM), and AH (ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, literal meaning: AH). In the center, the letter MUM (མུཾ, Devanagari: मुṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: muṃ, literal meaning: MUM), and at the end, write the heart mantra of longevity accomplishment. Finally, write "Accomplisher so-and-so," and write, "Grant life and siddhis."
