In the glorious sacred place of Shang's Zabu, the companion in practice, the qualified consort, the emanation of Lasya, Yeshe Tsogyal, showed many needs for profound Dharma. Especially the most profound among the profound, this extremely secret unsurpassed longevity accomplishment method, extracting the essence of the heart and expanding the instructions, the protector Amitayus himself, in the cave of power on Mount Potala, having practiced the longevity accomplishment for six months, manifested directly. I also obtained the immortal longevity vidyadhara state. Therefore, it is difficult to speak of and reluctant to spread, but because Tsogyal repeatedly urged, and for the sake of some fortunate ones in future times, now opening the mandala of practice, writing the letters and burying them as a precious treasure. After encountering a son with karmic connection, may many fortunate ones obtain the warmth of longevity, may the vidyadhara Padmasambhava be inseparable from me! May the protectors of the command guard this Dharma, may the Naga goddess White Medicine protect this treasure, when the time comes, hand it over to the fortunate son, destroy the power of the unfortunate with wrong views.
