Stir the minds of all beings. Cause their hearts to flutter. Cause their feet to move. Cause people to be speechless. Stir the minds of people. Seize the mind's consciousness, depriving it of its freedom. Recite this. This is the essence of the mantra, called the "Frame of the Naked Heart." Even if transmitted to a single son, it must be transmitted after taking vows three times. Possessing this instruction is like possessing the sovereignty of a Chakravartin king. Without it, even if one obtains the signs of warmth in Dharma practice, one cannot accomplish the activities of liberating the three realms. Therefore, this is the activity of a person who has obtained warmth. Because it causes decline and harm, it must be kept very secret. If the signs of accomplishment are delayed, circle the substances of accomplishment around the head. Rub them under the feet. Perform forceful attraction and repulsion. Strike with the fist and focus intently on the key points of the generation stage. This should not be done unless it is extremely delayed. In a sacred place, for a person of great merit, first transmit the root practice. Then, diligently practice solitary retreat, and there will be no obstacles. If the mother and child aspects of this instruction are practiced properly, Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, and all others will listen to and carry out orders, What need is there to mention other beings, gods, demons, and humans? It should be used as needed. If one can seize the rays of the sun and moon, and move stones, then trivial wealth and other things will be enjoyed as desired simply by entering this practice, so dispel doubt. In the wheel of solitary practice for male and female, on the four hands of the visualized form or lingam: write "The hands of great bliss are dancing." On the four feet: write "Cause the feet to move." Write "Action." On the four soles of the feet: write the four "YAMs." On the forehead: write the name of the bone. On the four joints: write the four syllables "JAH HUM BAM HOH."
