Thus shall be written this supremely secret essence heart-gem, the essential means for the activity of subjugation: On very fine red silk or Chinese paper, draw five concentric circles. Divide the center into a dharma-source, and in the middle of the dharma-source, draw a phallus. Inside the phallus, write "ཨེ་མཉྫུ་ཀུག་ཏ་ཧཱུྃ། （Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning）". On the three sides inside the dharma-source, write "ཧྲཱིཿཨུ་མ་དྷེ་ཝི་ཧཱུྃ། （Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning）". On the outer circle, write: "ཧྲཱིཿམཉྫུ་ཀུག་ཏ་དྷེ་ཝ་ཧྲིང་ཛཿ ཀ་བྷི་ར་ཀོ་བྷི་ར་ཨ་ཏྲི་ནྲི་སརྦ་མགོ་ནག་ཕོ་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་འགྲོ་ལྷ་འདྲེ་མི་གསུམ་དང་བཅས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སེམས་དཀྲུགས། Heart".

令其飘动！意识不由自主地吸引过来！令人心惊胆战！令人垂涎三尺！令人心生爱慕，聚集，收拢，写上这些。在其外围，写上： ཧྲཱིཿ མཉྫུ་ཀུག་ཏ་དྷེ་ཝ་ཧྲིང་ཛཿཀ་ར་བྷི་ཀོ་ར་བྷི་，黑头母鬼、母空行、龙女、药女、夜叉女以及天女等所有众生的心，令其动摇，令其飘动！令其脚步移动！意识不由自主地吸引过来！ཨ་ཀར་ཤ་ཡ་ཧྲི་，令人心生爱慕，聚集，收拢，吞噬，聚集！写上这些。对于书写中的遗漏或增添等错误，应彻底避免。 如此这般的殊胜心要大轮，在绸缎或纸张上，上等用金银，中等用朱砂，下等也应用加入红白菩提心的墨汁，按照显现证悟，将本尊父母二尊分别精妙地绘制在中间，放置此轮。放入五药、五香、五妙香、五宝、五谷、五精华，以及事业和加持二续部的仪轨物品等在此轮中。用古古鲁香熏，驱除邪魔，在不损坏中心的情况下折叠，用五彩丝线缠绕。安放在具有象征意义的铜制男女根器中，置于坛城的中央。成就后佩戴在身上。在重大节日里，进行供养赞颂，并念诵开光仪轨。观想此依凭物清晰显现为大天智慧勇识，即是自生誓言尊。观想誓言尊与智慧尊无二双运，并守护所有誓言。萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！ 唉玛！此甚深之精华，传授给措嘉和龙王二人。勿传播，珍藏为宝藏。有朝一日末法时期，藏地将被异族统治。届时，若有护持佛法之士，为利益佛教而发心，修持此教言，则可使异族成为藏人的奴仆。将成为佛法之火炬。这些是莲师所说，我措嘉将其记录成文字，埋藏为珍宝。宝藏印！秘密印！誓言印！严厉印！甚深印！交付印！萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！我流浪的僧人在冈底斯雪山迎请，并从黄纸上抄录下来。吉祥！ 大自在天的心要，至极秘密的命根石。

Let it flutter! May the consciousness be involuntarily drawn in! Make the heart tremble! Make the mouth water! Make the heart yearn, gather, and collect, write these. On its outer rim, write: HRIH MANJUKUKTA DHEVA HRING JAH KARA BHI KORA BHI, black-headed mother demon, mother dakini, dragon girl, medicine woman, yaksha woman, and all the goddesses, shake their hearts, let them flutter! Let their feet move! May the consciousness be involuntarily drawn in! AKARSHA YA HRI, make the heart yearn, gather, collect, devour, gather! Write these. Any omissions or additions in the writing should be thoroughly avoided. Such a supreme heart essence great wheel, on silk or paper, the best with gold and silver, the middle with vermilion, even the lowest should use ink mixed with red and white bodhicitta, according to the manifest realization, the two deities of the father and mother should be separately and exquisitely drawn in the center, and this wheel should be placed. Put in the five medicines, five incenses, five ambrosias, five jewels, five grains, five essences, and the ritual items of the two tantras of action and empowerment, etc., into this wheel. Use gugul incense to fumigate, dispel obstacles, fold without damaging the center, and wrap with five-colored silk threads. Place it in a copper male and female lingam container, and place it in the center of the mandala. After accomplishment, wear it on the body. On major festivals, make offerings and praises, and recite the consecration ritual. Visualize this support clearly manifesting as the Great God Wisdom Hero, which is the self-born Samaya being. Visualize the Samaya being and the Wisdom being as non-dual union, and keep all the vows. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Ema! This profound essence, transmit to Tsogyal and the Dragon King. Do not spread it, treasure it as a treasure. One day in the degenerate age, Tibet will be ruled by barbarians. At that time, if there is a protector of the Dharma who generates the mind for the benefit of Buddhism, and practices this instruction, then the barbarians can be made slaves of the Tibetans. It will become a torch of the Buddha's Dharma. These were the words of Padmasambhava, which I, Tsogyal, recorded into writing and buried as a treasure. Treasure seal! Secret seal! Vow seal! Strict seal! Profound seal! Entrusted seal! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! I, the wandering monk, invited it from Mount Kailash and copied it from yellow paper. Mangalam! The heart essence of the Great Powerful God, the extremely secret life-force stone.
