On the left wing of an owl, draw the lingam (Tibetan) of whatever samaya object is targeted. If it is impossible to draw the lingam (Tibetan) on the feather, write it on grass paper or poisonous paper and glue it to the owl feather with dog blood, and glue it to the crow feather with ram blood.
