Meditate yourself as red Hayagriva, hold a red iron hook in your right hand, strike the ground, so that gods, nagas, and humans, the essence and glory of all of samsara and nirvana, transform into the form of the empowerment hand. With the samadhi of the wrathful deity, with a vajra burning hammer, in the mortar of the wrathful mother, the three poisons, obscurations, and their causes, without exception, crush them completely, contemplate them as self-arisen wisdom nectar. Then, mix the essence-filled milk, according to the amount of empowerment hand, add sugar or jaggery, add salt according to the amount of milk. Boil the milk in an iron pot, whatever the amount, boil down to one-third. On top of three human head tripods, place one auspicious kapala, in which is the nature of the five nectars, stir with wind, light a fire, warm the kapala, contemplate it as a great ocean of nectar. The secret instruction for dispelling obstacles is: without rolling pills, when arranging the rope, it is best to find the penis of a deer. The benefits of taking it in this way are: one will not age and can live to be a hundred years old, possessing eyesight, clairvoyance, and miraculous powers, without obstruction to the elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, able to absorb the essence of a hundred young women, increasing the qualities of the four joys of samadhi, and able to control the three realms of gods, demons, and humans.
