་གཡས་འཁྱིལ་སྒྲས། །འགྲོ་ཀུན་ཉོན་མོངས་རིམས་ཀྱི་ཟུག་རྡུ་ཡི། །བདུད་བཞིའི་བར་ཆད་ཚོགས་རྣམས་རབ་ཞི་ཞིང་། །རྟག་བརྟན་འཕོ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྐུ་འགྲུབ་ཤོག །ཧཱུྃ། ཆོས་སྐུ་སྣང་མཐའ་ལོངས་སྐུ་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ལྷ། །སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་པད་འབྱུང་གསང་ཡུམ་བརྒྱུད་པར་བཅས། །རྩ་གསུམ་ལྷ་ཚོགས་སྙིང་དབུས་རྟག་བཞུགས་ཏེ། །མཆོག་ཐུན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་དཔལ་སྤྱོད་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །དེ་ལྟར་ཟབ་ལམ་གསང་བའི་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི། །ངག་འདོན་འཁྱེར་བདེ་ཁྲིགས་ཆགས་བཀོད་ཅིག་ཅེས། །པདྨ་དབང་དྲག་གང་དེས་རིང་མོ་ནས། །འབད་པས་བསྐུལ་ངོར་འཕགས་མཆོག་ཡི་དམ་ལྷར། །འཛིན་པའི་བཙུན་པ་པདྨའི་མིང་ཅན་གྱིས། །སྲིང་རྫོང་ཁམས་ཤག་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཕོ་བྲང་གི། འདབ་ཞོལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཁྲོས་མའི་གསང་ཕུག་ཏུ། །ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པའི་ཕྲེང་བར་སྤེལ་བའི་དགེས། །བདག་གཞན་ལུས་ཅན་དུཿཁའི་སྲིད་མཚོ་ལས། །བསྒྲལ་སྟེ་བདེ་ལྡན་ཞིང་དུ་མགོན་གང་དེས། །རྗེས་བཟུང་ས་ལམ་བགྲོད་པ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ནས། །ཚེ་ཡི་བདག་པོའི་སྐལ་དང་རབ་མཉམ་ཤོག །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ་ཀུརྦྷནྟུ།། །། ཟབ་ལམ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྒོ་ནས་གསང་བའི་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་ངག་འདོན་རྒྱུན་འཁྱེར་མི་ཤིག་ཚེ་ཡི་གཡུང་དྲུང་འཁྱིལ་པ།

右旋海螺声，愿一切众生，烦恼瘟疫痛苦的根源，四魔的障碍全部寂灭，获得永恒不变大迁转之身。吽！法身无量光，报身大悲尊，化身莲花生，秘密佛母及传承，三根本圣众常住于心间，享用殊胜共同之海，吉祥圆满！如是甚深道秘密长寿修法之，易于念诵、整齐有致的仪轨，莲师猛力尊从久远起，应恳切劝请，由视上师本尊为一的，名为莲花的僧人，于色达（Serta）康区夏学（Shaxue）国王的宫殿，达肖（Dazhol）金刚忿怒母的秘密洞穴中，以偈颂形式撰写，以此善业，愿自他有情众生，从痛苦的轮回大海中，解脱，往生极乐净土，愿怙主摄受，圆满地道功德，获得与长寿之主同等的福分！萨瓦芒嘎拉姆 咕噜班度（藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम् कुरु भन्तु，梵文罗马拟音：Sarva Mangalam Kuru Bhantu，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥，祈愿成办！）。

By the sound of the right-spiraling conch, may all beings, the source of suffering from afflictions and epidemics, all obstacles of the four maras be completely pacified, and may the body of great and constant transformation be attained. Hūṃ! Dharmakāya Amitābha, Sambhogakāya Lord of Great Compassion, Nirmāṇakāya Padmasambhava, together with the Secret Consort and the lineage, may the Three Roots deities always reside in the heart, and may auspiciousness flourish, enjoying the glory of the supreme and common ocean! Thus, this profound path of secret longevity practice, an easy-to-recite and well-arranged ritual, at the earnest request of Padma Wangdrag from a long time ago, was composed in verse by the monk named Padma, who regards the guru and yidam as one, in the secret cave of Vajrakrodhi at Dazhol (འདབ་ཞོལ་) in the palace of the King of Shaxue (ཤག་རྒྱལ་) in Serta (སྲིང་རྫོང་) , Kham. By this virtue, may myself and other sentient beings be liberated from the ocean of suffering samsara, be reborn in the blissful realm, be cared for by the protector, complete the path and bhumis, and attain the same fortune as the Lord of Longevity!
