From the Great Perfection Teachings, the Wheel of the Supreme Blissful Guru: The Meaning Empowerment Wish-Fulfilling Jewel is Present. Homage to Glorious Heruka! In solitary places such as charnel grounds, sprinkle the mandala with scented water. Draw the mandala with Brahma's thread. In the center, on a small throne, place a well-prepared vase. Fill it with nectar, flawless agate, and so on, along with a bell, a five-pronged vajra, and arrange five ornamented tormas. The master prepares for the empowerment, engaging in recitation and fulfillment, generating samadhi, taking self-entry and benefiting others. Samaya! Gya, gya, gya! Then, the disciple who keeps the vows bathes, dispels obstacles, and meditates on the protective circle. Offer a mandala and make supplication: Ema, Protector, Lord of Compassion! Glory of the assembled deities of the mandala! Great Vidyadhara, consider me! Grant the maturation and liberation of body, speech, and mind. Three times. Then the master says: You have a meaningful human body. This maturation and liberation of secret mantra dharma, if you abide by the vows, you will attain siddhis. If you break the vows, you will be burned in hell. Therefore, protect the vows correctly! Samaya! Idam te hum! Saying this, he gives the vow water. He marks the three places with scented dots. He invites the wisdom being to descend. He scatters flowers and makes it stable. He empowers with the vase, saying this: Hum Hrih!
