于地时利益众生，莲花生化身掘取伏藏，圣者化身弘扬此法，一时安立众生于安乐。如是所说之珍贵教言，于教法之轮桑耶寺修习圆满之解脱示现，乃教法之根本，莲花生大师于菩提心妙拂洲之寺庙中，开示包含续部、教言、口诀。空行母益西措嘉以空行文字记录，如莲师所授记，于芒域形似弯刀之地域内，以十六根大柱庄严，殊胜之圣地蒋巴云寺之空行母拉萨嘎姆之心间取出所有教言，以及大续部《遣除无明黑暗金刚心髓》等，于火阳龙年迎请，铁阳猴年于康区森莫宗之修行处恰汝黑岩洞咕哈嘎拉，自黄纸取出之甚深法之灌顶及教言次第圆满，圣者心性休息之化身译师克雷旺波之转世康巴尼玛扎巴赐予我之甚深特殊之灌顶，欲求领受之唯一心愿而作此之随诵等。此亦为利益洛哲嘉措，尼玛扎巴所书。 萨尔瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！）。 速灌顶之历史。

At the right time and place, benefit beings; Padmasambhava's emanation extracts treasures; the emanation of the noble one propagates this Dharma; at one time, establishes beings in happiness. This precious instruction, as spoken, was bestowed by Guru Rinpoche at the monastery of Changchub Semkye Ling, the source of Dharma in the liberated manifestation of Samye Monastery, which has perfected the Dharma wheel, including tantras, transmissions, and instructions. Yeshe Tsogyal recorded it in dakini script, and as prophesied by Guru, within the region of Mangyul, a land shaped like a curved knife, in the supreme sacred place, the Jampa Cloud Monastery, adorned with sixteen great pillars, all the instructions were taken from the heart of the dakini Lhase Karmo, and the great tantra "The Vajra Heart Essence that Dispels the Darkness of Ignorance," etc., were invited in the Fire Male Dragon year. In the Iron Male Monkey year, at the practice place of Chakru Black Cave Guhakala in Kham Sermo Dzong, the complete empowerment and instructions of the profound Dharma, extracted from yellow paper, were bestowed upon me by Kampa Nyima Drakpa, the reincarnation of the translator Klu'i Wangpo, the emanation of the Noble Mind at Rest.
