修行笔记。 修行笔记。 ༈ 大悲怙主遣除无明黑暗修法笔记。修持大悲怙主遣除无明黑暗修法之人，于地点适宜、星宿吉祥之日，于西方或中央等任何吉祥之地取土，调伏土地，勘验土地。若不佳则移至他处。净地后于其处埋藏宝瓶。取水，于修法室内洒香水。于坛城之泥团上塑造母怛罗像。勾招融入后，断六支，置于坛城方向。竖立旗幡，镇压邪魔，悬挂门牌。绘制坛城，于量度之虚空中观想本尊众，作简略之供赞。之后圆满绘制坛城，着色加持并陈设。将虚空之本尊众融入此处。补足亏欠。备办修法物品，陈设装饰，降临加持。正直事业之仪轨，将念诵和修法等之要点紧扣。时时转换念诵观想之咒语要点。若遇不祥之兆，则供朵玛，驱逐恶灵。若遇吉祥之兆，则于喜悦之舞中，不入魔障之状态下，依事业仪轨催请誓言，依颅器酒而取悉地，一心祈祷。供赞噶当之护法。转绕会供轮，圆满等，直至修法未竟之间精进。入修之时与出修之时二者之外，其余中断、遗漏、显示等，供赞噶当护法之朵玛。修法圆满之日，于第一道曙光之时祈求悉地，补足亏欠。发愿，供养朵玛。收摄观舞、吉祥彩绘及坛城等。撤除彩沙。埋藏伏藏。供养朵玛会供，事业仪轨，圆满生起次第和圆满次第。跳吉祥之歌舞。将处所守护、身体守护、修法物品藏于他处。寂静修法之大致仪轨，萨瓦芒嘎拉姆。（梵文：Sarva mangalam，一切吉祥！）此乃掘藏者所著。

Practice Notes. Practice Notes. ༈ Herein are the practice notes for the Great Compassionate One, Dispeller of Ignorance's Darkness. A person who practices the Great Compassionate One, Dispeller of Ignorance's Darkness, on an auspicious day with favorable constellations, should take earth from a prosperous place such as the west or center, subdue the earth, and examine the earth. If it is not good, move to another place. After purifying the earth, bury a vase treasure in its place. Take water and sprinkle fragrant water inside the practice room. Make a Matram image from the clay on the platform. After hooking and merging, cut off the six branches and place them towards the platform. Erect victory banners, suppress demons, and hang door signs. Draw the mandala and visualize the deity assembly in the sky of the measuring lines, and make a brief offering and praise. Then, complete the drawing of the mandala, bless it with colors, and arrange it. Dissolve the sky deity assembly into this place. Replenish what is lacking. Prepare the practice materials, arrange the decorations, and bestow blessings. Straighten the line of karma, and focus on the key points of recitation and practice. Occasionally, change the mantra focus of the recitation contemplation. When inauspicious signs occur, offer torma and expel the evil spirits. When auspicious signs occur, in a state of joy and dance, without entering demonic obstacles, urge the samaya of the activity manual, rely on the skull cup of alcohol to obtain siddhis, and pray with one-pointedness. Offer and praise the protectors of the Kadam tradition. Turn the tsok wheel, fulfill vows, and strive until the practice is completed. Except for the time of entering and exiting the practice, offer torma to the Kadam protectors for interruptions, omissions, and displays. On the day of completing the practice, at the time of the first light of dawn, request siddhis and replenish what is lacking. Make aspirations, offer torma. Collect the viewing dance, auspicious victory paintings, and mandalas. Remove the colored sand. Bury the treasure. Offer torma tsok, the activity manual, and complete the generation stage and completion stage. Perform auspicious songs and dances. Hide the place protectors, body protectors, and practice materials elsewhere. The general outline of most peaceful practices, Sarva Mangalam (Sanskrit: Sarva mangalam, all auspiciousness!).
