外围转绕法。 外围转绕法。 外围转绕之法。 嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃཿ，梵文天城体：ओम् मणि पद्मे हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽）。 祈请至尊大悲尊，祈请加持。 圣地大者悉摩宗（Sermo Dzong）有顶转、中转、外转三种，顶转和中转可以经常转绕，功德利益如圣地志所说。 外围转绕在猴年一月期间。 索发展林，食肉颅骨咒士林，恰如黑洞，德吉林，白洞，蓝洞，牦牛嬉戏寺，虎伏寺，香柏树塘寺，蛇箭寺，森擦寺，嘎绒寺，新寺，永固，了愿，绒布寺址，鸟岩法地，独角山洞，火母拉琼等处供奉白灯和哈达。 各寺庙供养茶饭、绸缎等力所能及之物，转绕可以消除五无间罪，这是圣地志中所说。 转绕路线十五天。 期间念诵、礼拜、忏悔、祈祷等如法行持。 从自己家乡任何方向进入转绕路线，就在那里结束。 除了猴年一月之外，没有外围转绕。 十三年中，外围转绕在猴年一月，请知悉。 应色须喇嘛之请，康区老人尼玛扎西于扎西塘所写，吉祥增上。 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། ，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！）。 外围转绕法。

Outer Circumambulation Practice. Outer Circumambulation Practice. The method of outer circumambulation is presented here. Oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃཿ，梵文天城体：ओम् मणि पद्मे हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Mani Padme Hum). I supplicate the Lord Great Compassionate One. Please grant your blessings. The great sacred site of Sermo Dzong has three circumambulations: the summit circumambulation, the middle circumambulation, and the outer circumambulation. The summit and middle circumambulations can be performed regularly. The benefits are as stated in the sacred site guide. The outer circumambulation is during the first month of the Monkey year. Sokphelgye Ling, Sintö Ngagpa Ling, Chakru Phuk Nak, Dekyi Ling, Phuk Kar, Phuk Ngön, Yak Trap Gön, Takdang Gön, Shuktang Gön, Drulda Gön, Sentsa Gön, Karong Gön, Gönsar, Rapten, Tamön, Rongpo's monastery site, Biro Chölung, Kyangri's Ngok Phuk, Meme Rak Trom, all receive white lamps and khatas. Offering tea, silk banners, and whatever is available to the monasteries, and circumambulating, will purify the five heinous sins, as stated in the sacred site guide. The circumambulation route takes fifteen days. During that time, perform recitations, prostrations, confessions, and prayers properly. Wherever you enter the circumambulation route from your home area, that is where it ends. There is no outer circumambulation except in the first month of the Monkey year. Among the thirteen years, the outer circumambulation is in the first month of the Monkey year, so please be aware.
