From the Great Perfection teachings of the Three Roots Secret Heart Drop, this is the longevity practice that dispels all obstacles. I prostrate to the Three Roots! If a yogi of secret meaning wishes to pacify obstacles to life, the assembly of deities of the Door Goddess Dakinis, emanate two hundred and ten million kotis, gather and control all the life, merit, and glory of samsara and nirvana, and dissolve them into the yogi's own body. Think of gaining strength, splendor, experience, realization, and the accomplishment of longevity. Attach and recite this root mantra at the end: Om Tse Bhrum Hrih Svaha. (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ཚེ་བྷྲུཾ་ཧྲཱི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ओṃ चे भ्रुṃ ह्रीः स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ce bhrūṃ hrīḥ svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Tse, Bhrum, Hrih, Svaha.) Combine with occasions of hundreds, thousands, ten thousands, and millions. On such occasions, speak these words to invoke longevity: Hum! From the crystal palace in the east, a million white Vajra Dakinis, gather the life and merit of the eastern thousand worlds and all of samsara and nirvana, dissolve them into the body of the yogi, and grant the accomplishment of Vajra longevity! Hum! From the golden palace in the south, a million yellow Ratna Dakinis, gather the life and merit of the southern thousand worlds and all of samsara and nirvana, dissolve them into the body of the yogi, and grant the accomplishment of Ratna longevity! Hum! From the lotus palace in the west, a million red Padma Dakinis, gather the life and merit of the western thousand worlds and all of samsara and nirvana, dissolve them into the body of the yogi, and grant the accomplishment of Padma longevity! Hum! From the Indra palace in the north, a million green Karma Dakinis, gather the life and merit of the northern thousand worlds and all of samsara and nirvana, dissolve them into the body of the yogi, and grant the accomplishment of Karma longevity! Hum! From the blue palace in the center, a million blue Buddha Dakinis, gather the life and merit of the central thousand worlds and all of samsara and nirvana, dissolve them into the body of the yogi, and grant the accomplishment of Buddha longevity! Hum! The assembly of deities of the Three Roots, gods, sages, and vidyadharas, the time for the ancient samaya has come, from the mandala of body, speech, and mind, in this self-aware, unborn, and undying place, grant the accomplishment of immortal longevity! For the perfection of the essence of bliss and emptiness, grant the accomplishment of disease-free longevity! For abiding in the youthful vase body, grant the accomplishment of ageless longevity! Pervading all of samsara and nirvana.

Ri! Bestow the accomplishment of life in samsara and nirvana. Because it is perfected in one bindu, bestow the accomplishment of complete life. Because the three kayas are spontaneously accomplished, bestow the accomplishment of the three kayas' life. Because the dharmadhatu and awareness are inseparable, bestow the accomplishment of wisdom life. Thus saying, hold the nakedness beyond thought. Meditate on Trekchö and gaze at Tögal. Intermingle bliss and emptiness and increase experience and realization. All obstacles to life are purified, and the very nature of life is brought to its end. Therefore, cherish and practice it. Samaya! Seal, seal, seal! Treasure seal! Hidden seal! Profound seal! Samaya! Seal, seal, seal! By the power of self-liberation of illusion, it was invited from Khams Sermo Dzong and written on yellow paper. Mangalam! Mangalam! Life practice, dispelling all obstacles.
