From the Great Perfection Command Complete Three Roots Secret Heart Drop, the Preliminary Guide Wish-Fulfilling Jewel is present. Om Namo Hum! In the pure space of the sky, in the expanse of light of the Dharmadhatu, To the glorious Lama, the embodiment of all Buddhas, With the Buddhas of the ten directions as refuge, surrounded by all, From the expanse of compassion, immeasurable like clouds gather. Om Namo Hum! The Three Jewels, precious refuge, the three roots, Especially to the kind root Lama, From this time until enlightenment is attained, I and all beings respectfully take refuge. Om Namo Hum! In the self-aware wisdom beyond thought and expression, Beings who wander in existence due to ignorance and clinging, In order to liberate all beings into the youthful vase body, The two stages, appearance and emptiness, pervade and merge into union. Om Namo Hum! I prostrate to the great purity of self-awareness, I offer liberation from samsara and nirvana, free from acceptance and rejection, I confess the bondage of hope, fear, virtue, and sin, I rejoice in the unborn Dharmakaya. Turn the wheel of Dharma of empty-clear, self-arisen purity, I request you to reside in the vast expanse of purity, May I be liberated into the realm of Samantabhadra's intention. Om Namo Hum! From the crown of my head, Vajrasattva is formed from white light, One face, two hands, seated in vajra posture, holding vajra and bell, The Sambhogakaya, blazing with marks and signs, The mantra garland at the end of Hūṃ purifies the two obscurations. Om Vajra Sattva Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र सत्त्व समय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra sattva samaya，汉语字面意思：Om Vajra Sattva Pledge) etc. Om Vajra Sattva Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र सत्त्व हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra sattva hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Vajra Sattva Hūṃ)! Om Namo Hum! Precious Mandala, outer and inner offering clouds, Adorned with the essence of self-arisen, of the three kayas, I offer to the Lama, Yidam, Mandala deities, Accept and grant supreme and common siddhis. Om Mandala Puja Megha Ah Hum (藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ मण्डल पूज मेघ आः हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇḍala pūja megha āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Mandala Offering Cloud Ah Hum)! Om Namo Hum! Vajrasattva melts into light and dissolves into me, I myself become the Yidam deity, on the crown of my head, The Lama Heruka, glorious father and mother, The three root deities, surrounded by the lineage Lamas, I pray from the heart to realize the nature of reality. Here, recite the lineage prayer. Om Namo Hum! Through the power of praying with one-pointed devotion, Through the power of compassion, the three roots and lineage, The deities and Lamas melt into light and dissolve into me, Obtain the confidence of the four empowerments, reach the limit of wisdom.
