The Sugatas are like a mandala of the sky, not divided into factions, not falling to any side, not fixed as one, many but of the same taste, the three times of arising and ceasing, the three places of abiding, free from elaboration. Showing forms that tame beings, like the sun, moon, and rainbow, appearing separately, taming beings with skillful means. The compassionate power of the seven brothers of the Bhagavan Medicine King, descended upon the guide, the unequaled son of Shuddhodana. Gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, kinnaras, and the assembly of Bodhisattvas, Arhats, and Noble Ones, the perfect gathering of retinues, and the sentient beings of Jambudvipa ripen as disciples. The Three Family Protectors hold the seal of command, now in the white part of the waxing moon of the age of strife, the substitute of the Teacher, the Bodhisattva, abides. The Dharma King, father and sons, and the translators, although now holding human forms, in reality are no different from the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. As sentient beings pervade the end of the sky, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas pervade there equally. Now in this remote land of snow mountains, the skillful means and compassionate rays of light, shine brightly like the sun, moon, planets, and stars, the Tibetan people and beings are simultaneously liberated, all pure lands are seen and manifest enlightenment. From now on, time and kalpas will gradually decrease, especially at the end of the five degenerate ages, all sentient beings will turn to non-virtuous deeds, many barbarians will gather in the land of Tibet, savage people with the appearance of Yama, with foul breath, will consume the warm flesh and blood of sentient beings as food, wear various kinds of animal skins as clothes, black Monpa hair hanging down the back, at the time of offering taxes to the Tibetan king, the emanation of glorious Vajra will raise the straight pole of law, at that time the sacred Dharma spoken of now, will connect with those who have a connection through drops of nectar and liberate them, therefore it is clearly recorded in writing.
