Then, visualize light radiating from your heart, burning away all demonic influences and obstacles. Emit a loud 'Ha, ha' sound, which is an extremely loud laughter. The mistress of the charnel ground sits on a throne of skeletons and a cushion of corpses, showing great respect to practitioners who uphold their vows. All subsequent actions should be contemplated as being like the body and its shadow. Alternatively, meditate on the Sow-faced Mother or the Selfless Black Mother, whichever you prefer. Then, engage in meditation and recitation to the best of your ability, and afterwards, rest in the state of Mahamudra (Great Seal).
