大圆满阿底甚深心髓二十一种窍诀中，外窍诀七。邬金掘藏洲。 嗡啊吽！大圆满阿底甚深心髓二十一种窍诀中，外窍诀七安住于此。邬金掘藏洲。自生莲花颅鬘与，智者比玛拉米扎和，译师贝若扎纳也，此三者证悟体验至究竟，心髓三种合一而汇集，为未来众生著于文字，愿与具缘者相遇！此处宣说口诀要义二十一种窍诀，依靠光芒之窍诀七，依靠明镜之窍诀七，三门之窍诀七，共二十一。首先外光芒之窍诀七中，第一者：早晨和下午面向太阳，不看太阳的中心，对阳光一只眼睛半睁开，模糊地看，看并修习太阳的右侧的光芒。那时彩虹五色光明显现闪耀，如箭杆排列一般，其上显现觉性金刚链五种，而且基之光芒虽然明亮，但金刚链摇曳不定。对此既不破斥也不成立，觉性各自摄取而修习。何时稳固安住之时，即是达到量度之时。第二者：如前一样，对太阳的光芒，面向苏日亚（藏文，梵文天城体：सूर्य，梵文罗马拟音：sūrya，汉语字面意思：太阳）半睁开眼睛看，各种颜色的光圈圆形，其上又见金刚链，对此也如前一样专注而入定。第三者：举起手，面向太阳看，汗毛显现五种光芒的明点圆形旋转，对此观看而入定。第四者：眼睛上盖红色暗色的布，观看，明点光芒旋转如榨取油一般，并且看见金刚链，对此也入定。第五者：手指之间，眼睛半睁开面向太阳看，也如前一样看见，对此也入定。第六者：夜晚对月亮的光芒斜视而入定。第七者：夜晚对灯的光芒也观看，如前一样入定。所有这些对光和明点

First, among the seven outer instructions based on rays, the first is: In the morning and afternoon, face the sun, without looking at the center of the sun, squint one eye at the sunlight, looking vaguely, look at and meditate on the rays to the right of the sun. At that time, rainbow five-colored lights will appear clearly and shimmering, like rows of arrows, and on top of that, the awareness Vajra chain will appear as five, and although the ground lights are bright and clear, the chain will be flickering and unstable. There is neither rejection nor establishment in this, take hold of awareness individually and practice. When it remains stable, that is when it has reached its measure. The third is: Raise your hand and look towards the sun, the hairs of the body appear as five-colored light bindus in circular motion, look at that and meditate. The fourth is: Cover the eyes with a reddish-purple cloth and look, bindus of light swirling like pressing sesame oil, and the Vajra chain is seen, meditate on that as well. The fifth is: Between the fingers of the hand, with eyes half-closed, look towards the sun, and it will be seen as before, meditate on that as well.
