A small written oral transmission that arose from the dream instructions of the glorious Vajrasattva mind practice. A small written oral transmission that arose from the dream instructions of the glorious Vajrasattva mind practice is present. The great translator Dharma Shri. I prostrate to the feet of the holy lama. If waking distractions arise to cut off dream distractions, then meditate on each of the four-petaled root chakras at the throat and heart, with a red OM (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the throat and a red HUM (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the heart. A red thread of light arises from the OM It wraps around the HUM (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the heart three times. Think that it is stretched and spun, and the remainder returns upwards, with the end adhering to the OM (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the throat, and it is eliminated by focusing the mind on the HUM (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the heart and sleeping. For confused distractions, think of a red OM (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the center of each of the four-petaled root petals at the throat and crown, and a white HAM (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Ham) facing downwards at the crown. A red thread of light arises from the OM (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), wraps around the HAM (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Ham) at the crown three times, and think that the end of the returning thread adheres to the OM (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the throat. Focusing the mind on the HAM (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Ham) at the crown eliminates confused distractions, and as soon as this is grasped, it is praised for eliminating confusion. In general, for confused distractions that have not been grasped from oneself, think of a red OM (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the center of the four lotus petals at the throat. On the four petals, think of each of the four letters called "Anutara", and combine it with vase breathing, and strongly practice the desire to hold the dream. Before going to sleep, in the state of strong dream desire, the letter A dissolves into Nu. Then Ta. Then Ra. Then it dissolves into OM One should go to sleep in the state of focusing awareness on OM For empty distractions that prevent sleep, meditate on a dark blue MŪṂ (藏文:མཱུྃ,梵文天城体:मूँ,梵文罗马拟音:mūṃ,汉语字面意思:Mum) at one's heart. Light rays like mist radiate from the meditation, filling the entire inside of the body again and again. Rely on nutritious food. Eliminate it by arranging leisure and busyness appropriately. Also, if an obstacle of semen emission occurs at that time, called bliss distraction, no matter what the cause of the emission, according to what is said in the Vajrasattva guide, think that the roots of the outer lotus petals of the vajra passage are pulled by the inner HUM (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), and the intestines are turned inside out, and then the HUM (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the crown resounds loudly. This was written by Dharma, a forgotten record of the monk Ga Dongpa.
