四身之本体，原始之怙主等之歌。 祈祷文： 四身之本体，原始之怙主啊！ 无别法王三身洲。 恩重上师金刚持。 祈请您，加持我等相续。 难脱离，恐怖轮回之大海。 厌离难忍剧烈之痛苦。 舍弃寻求其他救护之念。 愿视您为殊胜之怙主。 无需徒劳今生之琐事。 不再特意寻觅虚幻之景象。 如大义善巧诸佛之行迹。 愿以菩提心调伏自心。 珍宝难求之窍诀精华。 从无伪信心之田地中引出。 愿自然本性之力量得以觉醒。 圆满成熟修持之妙道。 不厌倦成办悦意三事之行。 不分种姓地行持调伏事业。 以清净信心侍奉您之莲足。 愿与常啼菩萨之行持相同。 积聚四力 生起二力。 于布施等波罗蜜多之行境中。 消除八法分别之垢染。 愿以四依调伏自心。 心之自性光明大圆满。 乃无量三世诸佛之密意。 然不以分别念之意识所动。 愿以不作意之平等安住而得见。 总而言之，我等之过失业力。 以及于此轮回中受生之所有境况。 愿永不离弃怙主您。 愿以无量大悲之光明护佑我等。 此祈请发愿文，乃应对于某位具不退转信心，持戒精进之名为持戒者之请求，由流浪僧人钦哲诺布所书。

The Song of the Original Protector, the Essence of the Four Kayas, and Others. A Prayer: Embodiment of the four kayas, primordial protector! Inseparable Dharma King, realm of the three kayas! Kind guru, vajra-holder! I pray to you, bless my lineage! From the great ocean of samsara, difficult to escape, terrifying, Having turned away from the unbearable, intense suffering, Having abandoned all thoughts of seeking other refuge, May I see you as the supreme protector! Without needing the deceptive guidance of this life's pointless activities, Without deliberately seeking illusory spectacles, Like the great, skillful deeds of the buddhas, May I tame my mind with bodhichitta! The essence of the precious instructions, unobtainable with jewels, Having drawn it from the field of unfeigned faith, May the power of the natural element fully awaken, And may the excellent path of completion, maturation, and purification be perfected! Without tiring of accomplishing the actions of the three satisfactions, Without discriminating in the activities of taming whoever needs taming, By serving your feet with pure faith and devotion, May I be like the conduct of the bodhisattva Sadāprarudita! Accumulating the four forces, Generating the two strengths, In the realm of engaging in generosity and the other perfections, Having dispelled all the stains of the eight worldly concerns, May I tame my mind with the four reliances! The nature of mind is the great perfection of clear light, The intention of the countless buddhas of the three times, And yet, without being moved by the intellect of conceptual thought, May it be seen by resting equally without artifice! In short, may I and others, with our karmic burdens of faults, And in all circumstances of being born in this samsara, Never be separated from you, protector, And may we be protected by the light of your immeasurable compassion! This prayer and aspiration was written by the wandering monk Khyentse Norbu at the request of someone named Tsultrim, who has unwavering faith and diligently upholds vows.
