致以感谢。 祈愿众生安乐之源，至尊无等一切义成大士之身语意三密智慧所化现之稀有法身舍利之形相，即是经藏如来之圣言，以及能够凭借自身力量解释佛陀密意的印度圣贤所著之论藏，此乃包含显密二者的圆满教法之大海。如今，其仅以雪域文字之形式存在，乃是化身堪布、阿阇黎、法王三者之唯一发心所致。为了使这些教法不衰、传承永续，雪域各教派之大德们著有无数蕴含经教精髓之秘密典籍，并通过各种艰苦努力，进行母本的新创和再版等，使其得以存于世间。如今，随着电子机械和网络时代的步伐，按照国际文化惯例，以如来圣言为主的印度和藏族学者的论著，正在进行大规模的规划，以便能够通过网络进行搜索、复制、编辑等便捷方式进行使用。这都依赖于成为圣教明灯的堪布仁波切谢嘉昆吉等无与伦比的伟大事业，使得由他们出版的宁玛敏林丛书这二十五册最终修订版能够送达至此。对此，我们由衷地表示感谢和无比的恩情，同时也恳请今后若有任何圣典需要出版，请允许我们在此进行复制，这将是对我们莫大的恩情。 网络图书馆负责人佐钦丹增南达敬呈。

Thank you very much. May the source of happiness and well-being for all beings, the supreme and unequaled Omniscient Dönyö Drupa Chenpo, the miraculous manifestations of the wisdom of the three secrets of body, speech, and mind, the relics of the Dharmakaya, be the precious Kangyur, the words of the Victorious Ones, and the Tengyur, the treatises composed by the Indian pandits and siddhas who were able to explain the Buddha's intention through their own power. This very ocean of the complete teachings, encompassing both Sutra and Tantra, exists today in the form of the script of the Land of Snows, which is due solely to the aspiration of the three emanated masters, Khenpo, Acharya, and Dharma King. In order to ensure that these teachings do not decline, that the lineage is maintained, and that they endure, the great beings from the various traditions of the Land of Snows have composed thousands of secret texts containing the essence of the Kangyur and Tengyur, and through various hardships and diligent efforts, they have been creating new mother copies and reprinting them, so that they may remain in the world. Today, in accordance with the trends of the electronic machinery and internet age, in accordance with international cultural norms, the treatises of the Indian and Tibetan scholars, primarily the precious words of the Victorious Ones, are being planned on a large scale so that they can be used in a convenient way through searching, copying, and editing on the internet. This is all due to the incomparable great deeds of Khen Rinpoche Sheja Kunzig and others, who have become the bright lights of the precious teachings, and thanks to them, the final revised edition of the twenty-five volumes of the Early Translation Minling Collection, which they have published, has been received here. We offer our heartfelt gratitude and immense appreciation, and at the same time, we earnestly request that if any scriptures need to be published in the future, please allow us to copy them here, which would be a great kindness to us.
