The Sequence of Six Dharmas from Niguma. The Sequence of Six Dharmas from Niguma. The sequence of the Six Dharmas from Niguma, the sister of Naropa: The recipient of this system was the accomplished Khyungpo Naljor. His clan was Khyungpo. He was born in Nyemo Ramang as the son of Tagkye and Trashi Kyi. As soon as he was born, the Indian siddha Amogha came and gave a good prophecy. He requested the cycle of Dzogchen Semde from Lama Jungne Senge, and when he taught it, he had about seven hundred students. He went to India about twice and listened to many teachings from Dorje Denpa and Maitripa, among others. There he asked who had directly met Vajradhara. He was told that there was a woman named Niguma, the sister of Naropa, who had transformed her body into a rainbow body in a pure realm, so no one could see her. It is said that she appears as the leader of the assembly of dakinis in the charnel ground of Sosa Ling, so if one's karma is pure, one might see her there. He went there and prayed to Namo Buddhaya Homage to the Buddha). He saw a figure about seven tala trees high in the sky, with a dark purplish complexion, adorned with bones, holding a khatvanga and a skull cup in her hands, performing a dance. He was certain that it was Niguma and prostrated and circumambulated her. He asked for the true instructions. She said, "I am a flesh-eating dakini." He pleaded again, and she said, "If you want the instructions of secret mantra, you need gold." He offered the hundred measures of gold he had, and she took it and threw it into the forest. He doubted whether she was really a flesh-eating dakini. Then she looked up at the sky, and many assemblies of dakinis gathered and manifested a mandala. There she gave the empowerment of illusory body and dream, and the dakinis carried him three leagues and placed him on top of a golden mountain. There, in a dream, Vajra Yogini gave him the six dharmas once. In reality, she gave him the Vajra Verses of the Illusory Path three times. She also spoke many tantras and sadhanas, saying, "No one knows these instructions of the six dharmas except me and Lawapa. Keep it as a single lineage for seven generations. I will bless and prophesy them." Then he returned to Tibet and met Jowo in Ngari. He listened to many teachings such as Guhyasamaja and took ordination from Langri Tangpa. He established a teaching monastery in Jokpo in Phenyul. In
