科扎巴·索南坚赞。 科扎巴·索南坚赞。 ༈ 广为人知的科扎巴·索南坚赞，出生于定日（今西藏日喀则市定日县），种姓为董，父亲是主杰，母亲是东莫杰玛，在水阳虎年出生，与萨迦班智达同年。从喇嘛多吉巴瓦、持明十人以及佐钦玛赤等处听闻了许多佛法。在江林和孔莫山闭关，生起了大手印的证悟。在曲杰·科巴拉处受了比丘戒，法名为索南坚赞。后来在娘堆的科扎建立了寺庙，在干燥的土地上涌出了泉水，因此被称为科扎巴。所有的修行者和大学者都依止于他。在佛法方面，没有他不精通的。他广大利益众生，在八十岁铁阴鸡年圆寂。他的弟子有巴扬寺的住持，他的哥哥仁钦坚赞巴，仁波切拉巴，仁波切嘉波，钦南喀扎等等许多教法的持有者，以及贝洛、卓浦译师、恰洛、南喀贝洛、热巴译师、涅洛等等许多译师，还有格西藏巴、格西尼玛、阿里扎仲、堪钦绛曲等等许多学者，以及娘蔡巴、拉杰觉巴瓦索祖尔、尼顿西波、香崩、曲米巴、达桑等等寺院的住持，据说有数不清的弟子。 科扎巴·索南坚赞。

Kobragpa Sonam Gyaltsen. Kobragpa Sonam Gyaltsen. ༈ The widely known Kobragpa Sonam Gyaltsen was born in Dingri (present-day Dingri County, Shigatse City, Tibet), with the clan name Dong. His father was Tso Gya, and his mother was Tongmo Jema. He was born in the Water Male Tiger year, the same year as Sakya Pandita. He received many teachings from Lama Dorje Palwa, the Ten Vidyadharas, and Dzogchen Mar Tri, among others. He meditated in Gyangrim and Kongmo Mountain, and realized the Mahamudra. He received the complete Bhikshu ordination from Chöje Kopal, and was given the name Sonam Gyaltsen. Later, he established the monastery of Kobrag in Nyang Tö, and a spring emerged from the dry land, hence he was known as Kobragpa. All practitioners and great scholars relied on him. There was nothing he did not know in terms of Dharma. He greatly benefited beings, and passed away at the age of eighty in the Iron Female Chicken year. His disciples included the abbot of Palyang Monastery, his elder brother Rinchen Gyaltsenpa, Rinpoche Lhapa, Rinpoche Gyalpo, Chim Namkha Drak, and many other holders of the teachings, as well as Belö, Tropu Lotsawa, Chaklo, Namkha Pelö, Repa Lotsawa, Nyal Lo, and many other translators, and Geshe Tsangpa, Geshe Nyima, Ngari Drachom, Khenchen Jangchub, and many other scholars, as well as Nyang Tsalpa, Lhaje Kyobpa Ba Sozur, Nyiton Zhipo, Shang Bum, Chumikpa, Dar Seng, and other abbots of monasteries, said to have countless disciples.
