The Sixth Gyalwang Rinpoche, Lobsang Rinchen Tsangyang Gyatso. The Sixth Gyalwang Rinpoche, Lobsang Rinchen Tsangyang Gyatso. ༈ On the sixteenth throne, once again, the sun of compassion, the Sixth Gyalwang Rinpoche, Lobsang Rinchen Tsangyang Gyatso, was born in a place complete with the ten virtues, in Urgyenling in the three regions of Mon, as the son of the father, the mad yogi Tashi Tenzin, and the mother, Tsewang Lhamo, who had a complete retinue. He lived until the age of twenty-five, and on top of the Potala Palace in Lhasa, he built golden copper eaves and other things with extraordinary designs, demonstrating religious and political activities that were beyond the realm of thought. He then bestowed a will regarding his reincarnation, name, and so on, and then passed away. Again, for the field of merit for all beings in the world, the Seventh Gyalwang Rinpoche, Kelsang Gyatso, whose banner of fame waves in the three realms, has appeared.
